In order to meet the needs of the development of roller shearers in my country, the standard "Basic Dimensions of Spray Dust Reduction Nozzles for Roller Shearers" is specially formulated. This standard specifies the size series of nozzle nozzle diameter, the type and size series of connecting threads. The nozzle nozzle diameter specifies 10 specifications in the range of 0.6 to 5.0 mm. The nozzle connecting thread specifies two forms: ordinary thread and non-threaded close-matched pipe thread. The ordinary thread specifies 4 specifications from M14 to M27, and the non-sealed pipe thread specifies 4 specifications from G1/4 to G3/4. Among them, the ordinary thread is the preferred series.
Since the coal mining machine has relatively special working conditions, the sealing requirements must be considered when designing and selecting the nozzle. This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Education Department of the Ministry of Coal Industry. 3.1 Nozzle nozzle diameter

3.2 Nozzle Connection Thread
Nozzle connection adopts thread type, which is divided into ordinary thread and non-threaded sealed pipe thread. Ordinary thread shall comply with the provisions of GB/T192, GB/T193.GB/T196.GB/T197 and GB/T2516, and the thread tolerance zone shall be 6g. Non-threaded sealed pipe threads shall comply with the provisions of GB/T7307, and the tolerance grade shall be A. Among them, ordinary thread is the preferred series. Thread size D (as shown in Figure 1) shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
