11 General Provisions
1.0.1 Design conditions are one of the important conditions for starting engineering design in various disciplines. In order to have a unified format in this industry, the "Typical Design Information Sheets for Engineering Design of Instrumentation" is specially compiled. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to the basic engineering design and detailed engineering design stages. 1.0.3 Related standards
HG20557~20559 "Design regulations for process system engineering of chemical plants" HG/T20636.2
HG/T20636.3
HG/T20636.4
+HG/T20636.5
"Relationship between design conditions of automatic control and process and system", "Design division of automatic control and pipeline", "Design division of automatic control and electrical", "Design division of automatic control and telecommunications, pumps and safety and fire protection" When implementing these regulations, they should also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards in force. 337
2 Classification of design condition tables
Condition tables accepted by automatic control
Design condition tables submitted by process professionals.
Design condition tables submitted by system professionals.
Design condition tables submitted by thermal engineering professionals (including softened water). 2.1.3
2.1.4 Design condition table submitted by water channel specialty. 2.1.5
Design condition table submitted by powder specialty.
Note: The condition diagrams such as "pipeline plan layout" and "pipe rack layout" submitted by pipeline specialty to automatic control specialty are not included in this regulation.
2.2 Design condition table submitted by automatic control specialty
The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of process specialty. The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of system specialty. The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of pipeline specialty. The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of equipment specialty. The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of electrical specialty, and the automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of civil engineering specialty. The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of HVAC specialty. The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of telecommunication specialty. The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of budget specialty. The automatic control specialty submits the design condition table of water channel specialty. Note: The "control room plan layout" and "bridge layout" submitted by the automatic control specialty are not included in this condition table. 338
3 Instructions for the use of design condition tables
3.0.1 This regulation only includes various typical forms for accepting and submitting design conditions for process design in the automatic control profession. For some condition tables of the same type, such as flow-through conductivity transmitters and pH meters, the same installation requirements can be used.
Regulating valve installation conditions. Due to the large number of regulating valves, it is impossible to list them one by one. When using, they can be modified according to the same type of form.
3.0.3 The condition table of rotor flowmeters, electromagnetic flowmeters, etc. does not provide an installation condition table with a filter. If a filter is required, it can be added to the condition table. 3.0.4 The design condition table is a traditional way to express design conditions, but it is not the only way. With the advancement of management methods and the use of tools, the way of expressing design conditions is also changing. Each company (design institute) can modify it according to their own situation when using it.
3.0.5 The acceptance and submission time, review and receipt and delivery management of the "condition table" shall comply with the following regulations: 1 "Tasks of automatic control engineering design" (HG/T20636.6) 2 "Quality assurance procedures for automatic control engineering design" (HG/T20636.8) 3 "Summary of automatic control engineering design documents" (HG/T20636.9) 4 "Automatic control engineering design document control procedures" (HG/T20636.10) 3.0.6 Blank condition tables are used for various input/output condition tables other than the condition tables listed in this regulation. 339
