The two standards JB/ZQ1039—87 (LL3-9 centrifuge) and JB/ZQ1017—84 (LL3-9 centrifuge screen basket) were referred to in the drafting process to ensure coordination with relevant standards. This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Education Department of the Ministry of Coal Industry. 3.1 Type

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements

4.1.1 Products should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 Purchased parts should meet the requirements of relevant standards and have a certificate of conformity issued by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 4.2 Machine requirements
4.2.1 The rotating parts of the product should run flexibly, smoothly and without abnormal phenomena. 4.2.2 The single amplitude of the product in the horizontal and vertical directions shall not exceed 0.3mm. 4.2.3 The product noise (sound pressure level) shall not exceed 85dB(A). 4.2.4 The contact spots of the gear pair shall not be less than 40% in the direction of tooth height and not less than 70% in the direction of tooth length. 4.2.5 The average gap between the screen basket and the spiral scraper at each measuring point is (2±1) mm, and the screen basket and the spiral scraper shall not be in contact or the gap is greater than 4mm at any point.

4.2.7 The processing capacity and external moisture content of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.3 Requirements for the lubrication system
4.3.1 The lubrication system uses N100 (for summer and autumn) and N68 (for winter and spring) industrial gear oils, and the main gauge oil pressure is 0.06MPa~0.12MPa. 4.3.2 The temperature rise of the lubricating oil shall not exceed 30℃. 4.3.3 There shall be no oil leakage or seepage in the gearbox and lubrication pipeline, and the pipeline shall not be blocked. 4.4 Requirements for main parts and components
4.4.1 Screen basket, spiral scraper, bell jar, etc. shall be subjected to dynamic balance test, and distribution plate shall be subjected to static balance test. The allowable unbalance amount is shown in Table 3. 364

4.4.2 When used for dehydration of fine clean coal, the life of the screen basket shall not be less than 1200h or the coal passing capacity shall not be less than 50,000t. g·cm

4.4.3 The screen gap is usually 0.5mm, and can also be 0.25, 0.3 or 0.4mm according to user needs. The allowable deviation is (±8.)mm, and the qualified rate shall not be less than 90%. The maximum deviation of the unqualified screen gap shall not exceed 0.12mm. 4.4.4 The surface joints of the screen basket shall be smooth and flat, and the height difference between the working surfaces of two adjacent screen bars shall not be greater than 0.2mm. 4.4.5 There shall be no defects such as burn-through, cracks, pits, etc. at the welds of the metal structural parts of the product. 4.5 Appearance requirements
4.5.1 The surface of the product after painting shall be uniform and flat, and defects such as peeling, bubbles and flow marks are not allowed. 4.5.2 Anti-rust oil shall be applied to the exposed processing surface.
5 Test method
Whether the rotating part is flexible or not is checked by the turning method. 5.2 The amplitude is measured by a vibration meter. The accuracy of the vibration meter and the position of the measuring point should be selected according to the provisions of GB/T10895. 5.3
The noise is measured according to the provisions of GB/T10894.
The contact spots of the gear pair are checked by the coloring method. 5.4
The average gap between the screen basket and the spiral scraper is checked with a feeler gauge, and 10 points are evenly distributed above and below. 5.5
5.6 The processing capacity, external moisture content of the product and the life of the screen basket are checked under normal industrial production conditions. 5.7 The oil pressure of the lubrication system is read directly from the pressure gauge, and the accuracy of the pressure gauge shall not be less than Class 2.5. 5.8 The temperature rise of the lubricating oil is measured at the oil return pipe of the oil tank with a point thermometer with a scale of no more than 1°C after the oil temperature stabilizes. The dynamic balancing test of the screen basket, spiral scraper rotor and bell cover is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9239. 5.9
The static balance test of the distribution plate is carried out on a static balance test bench. The sieve gap is checked with a feeler gauge. Each sieve basket is checked with two symmetrical sieve surfaces. Each sieve surface is taken in two sections, upper and lower. Each section is continuously checked for 100 sieves. The height difference between the working surfaces of two adjacent sieve bars of the sieve basket is measured with a depth gauge. 10 points are evenly distributed above and below. 5.13 The sealing condition of the gearbox and lubrication pipeline, the welding quality of the structural parts and the appearance quality are checked by visual inspection or hand feeling. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Each product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. It can only be shipped after passing the inspection and a product certificate shall be issued. 6.1.2 When the product is inspected before leaving the factory, a 4h no-load test shall be carried out. The inspection items are shown in Table 4. 6.1.3 Products can only be judged as qualified products if all the factory inspection items meet the requirements of this standard. 365

Technical requirements
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases. - Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; Test method
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, during normal production, a periodic inspection shall be conducted every 20 units accumulated; - When the product is discontinued for more than one year and production is resumed; - When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; - When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2 The number of random inspections for type inspection is 1 unit, and the sample shall be drawn from the products that have passed the factory inspection. 6.2.3 The items for type inspection are shown in Table 4: 6.2.4 During type inspection, products that meet the following conditions can be judged as qualified products: - The number of unqualified indicators in items 13, 14 and 16 does not exceed one; - All other indicators are qualified.
7 Marking, packaging and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The centrifuge should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position, and its contents are as follows: 一 Product name and model;

7.1.2 The product label should be clear, firmly fixed and neat. 7.1.3 The rotation direction of the motor should be marked in a conspicuous position. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The product is packaged in a bracket, and the exposed processing surface is coated with anti-rust oil. The exposed pipe joints and motor are wrapped with plastic cloth, and the feed port is covered. 7.2.2 The shock absorber, random documents, etc. are placed in a wooden box. 7.2.3 The documents accompanying the product shall be packed in plastic bags, the contents of which are as follows: packing list;
product certificate;
product installation and use instructions;
installation drawing.
7.2.4 The product delivery label and the outer wall of the wooden box shall indicate the following: name and address of the consignee;
product name and number;
-manufacturer name, date of manufacture and number; contract number, packaging number,
net weight, gross weight and dimensions.
7.3 Storage
The product shall be stored in a warehouse with a shed, inspected every six months, and anti-rust oil shall be re-applied to the exposed processed surface. 367
