1.1 The submitted test drawings and technical requirements must be checked and qualified as specified in the regulations. 4.2 The instruments, meters and equipment used in the test should have a valid inspection certificate. 4.3 The centering accuracy requirements for gears installed on the test bench, 45-1 The corresponding flanges of the input and output flanges of the gearbox are connected in a flexible manner, and the radial runout of the flanges is not greater than F1.05m1m. The end face runout is not greater than 0.02mm for every 100mm of flange diameter: 4.3.2 When the gear is installed on the test bench, the corresponding flange of the output flange and the test bench equipment is elastically connected, and the radial runout of the core flange is not greater than the National Technical Supervision Bureau 19-0 Standard

5 Performance test
5.1 No-load operation test:
5.1.1 When the gearbox is running at 50%, 75% and 1% of the rated speed, the positive and negative loads shall be operated for 5 to 10 minutes respectively, and there shall be no belt lifting
5. 2 When the gearbox is running at 5%~60% of the rated speed, the positive and negative loads shall be engaged and disengaged, and the positive and negative loads shall be engaged and disengaged twice respectively, and there shall be no other belt lifting.
5.2 Load test:
The test load is determined according to the actual conditions of the gear and the input torque and the test bench. If the test bench permits, a full load test should be carried out according to the table. If the test bench fails to meet the requirements, a partial load test is allowed. The load size is agreed upon by the relevant parties. During the test, the operation status should be checked and the load should be recorded.
Operation ratio
5.5 Clutch performance test
Constant power system
5-31 During the test, the gearbox towing speed is 50 to 60 constant speed, and the load pattern matches the corresponding load of the diesel engine propulsion performance curve. Forward, reverse and reverse are performed three times each to determine its working strength and contact time. The reverse is based on the action of the sticking shaft and pushing the reverse direction.
5.3.2 Under the condition that the test bench parts allow, the reserve coefficient of the clutch shall be determined by selecting one of the following two methods: Under the rated input speed, the clutch starts to slip at the specified load. The calculation formula is:
Wherein:
Reserve coefficient
\—Clutch displacement range, NI1
—Maximum torque when the clutch starts to slip, N·m, GB11572—89
b. Under the rated input speed and rated load, the clutch starts to slip and the calculation formula is:
—Reserve coefficient!
P, the working pressure of the clutch at the specified working speed, MPP—the working pressure of the clutch at the beginning of slip, MPa. P
5.4 Under the conditions of vehicle transmission, oil value at 60℃ and high temperature meeting the requirements, the noise of the gearbox is tested according to the relevant provisions. 5.B Mechanical emergency device reduction:
Under the working conditions of not less than 7% rated speed and not less than 42% rated angle (agreed by the relevant parties), use the machine type compression rate disc to increase the lead volume to 3 above the full line~-dynamic connection operation 1 After the test is completed, disassemble and inspect the main parts and check the gear teeth.
6 Type test
Includes energy efficiency test, load operation test, and reversing test. 6.1 Energy test is carried out in Chapter 1 of this standard. 6.2 Load running test:
For the first sample of the wheel, a 500h load test is required, and each 100h is a cycle. Under the specified working conditions, in each cycle, the positive car runs 90t, and the reverse car runs 106. After the 5-cycle test, a full load test of 100 is performed. For the same type of non-inverse ratio stepper gearbox, the larger speed ratio should be used as the test sample:
When the rated working condition test is performed under the condition of the test station, the partial load test or the new machine test shall be carried out after the relevant parties determine
If the gear fails or the parts are damaged during the test, according to the instructions, the fault shall be eliminated or the parts shall be replaced within 0.5h, and the test can be continued. If the maintenance exceeds 0.5h, the test shall be restarted. 6.3 Reverse reversing test: 6.3.1 The reversing test requirements in the performance test are as follows: forward and reverse continuous connection 2000 times. 6.5.2 During the reverse test, the operation time of each engagement should not be less than 1>s. B.4 For gearboxes equipped with temperature and oil pressure alarm devices, simulation tests are allowed. B-5 After the test is completed, the test is carried out according to the requirements of the standard. After disassembly and installation, the test should be carried out according to the requirements of the standard. 7.1 The running test is carried out according to the provisions of Section 5.1.1 of this standard. 7.2 When the input speed is 50~G0 rated speed or rated speed, the forward and reverse separation and forward and reverse total tests are carried out respectively. F.3 The test is carried out according to Table 3. (11572 - 89
Rated power
Operation time
Factory load test of gearbox. When the test condition is exceeded, partial load test is allowed. The load percentage and operation time are agreed upon by the parties concerned.
7,4 The following items should be checked during the factory test: a.
Gear noise during operation;
Gear oil and oil pressure during operation!
After the test, check the engagement of the gearbox gears. Additional remarks;
