Three points shall be measured in the front, middle and back of the working part. The average value and error shall meet the requirements. 5.2 Article 4.5 of this standard shall be measured by comparison with standard specimens or measured with a surface roughness measuring instrument. 5.3 Articles 4 and 4 of this standard shall use smooth limit gauges to inspect the installation positioning holes, and use universal measuring tools to measure the inner and outer diameters. 5.4 This Article 4.6 of the standard uses a dial indicator with a special testing fixture for measurement, see Appendix A (supplement). 5.5 Article 4.7 of this standard is measured. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 The following items must be fully inspected before leaving the factory. The circular knife installation positioning hole shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4; the circular knife inner surface to the installation positioning hole axis circular runout error shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.6: c The appearance quality of the circular knife shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.7. The hardness of the working part of the circular knife and other items shall be inspected according to the sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 6.1.2 Inspection level: For hardness, the special inspection level S-2 is adopted; for other items Adopt general inspection level 1; a. Type and strictness of sampling plan: use one sampling, start with normal inspection, and adjust the strictness according to the procedures specified in GB/T2828h. during the implementation of the inspection; the qualified quality level (AQL) value is self-determined. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection must be carried out in any of the following situations. a. When new products are trial-made and identified; when there are major changes in raw materials and processing technology that may affect product performance; when the product is suspended for more than half a year and then resumed; once a quarter, QB/T 1490-1992 when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.2.2 Type inspection samples should be randomly sampled by 1%, but not less than 10 pieces. If the random inspection fails, double random inspection shall be conducted. If the product still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Each round knife shall be clearly marked with the manufacturer's trademark. 7.2 Each round knife shall be coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped with anti-rust paper or plastic bag, packed in plastic basin or paper box, and valid with certificate of conformity. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, there shall be no rust within one year after leaving the factory. 7.3 The round knives shall be packed in wooden boxes for export. The packaging shall be firm. There shall be a packing list in the box, and the following contents shall be marked on the outside of the box: Receiving unit and address; Product name and model specifications; Gross weight and quantity: Manufacturer name and address 1 Production date; Anti-shading and heavy pressure mark. 7:4 The product shall be placed gently during transportation and shall not be subjected to heavy pressure, collision or rain. 7.5 The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, and there should be no corrosive gas around it. 145 A1 Special test fixture for circular runout, see Figure A1.
