Start the bilge pump automatically, check the operation status of the bilge pump and stop it! b Set the selector switch to the "automatic" position, when the surface of the bilge ditch reaches the high level, the bilge pump should start automatically, and the operation indicator light should be turned on. When the surface of the bilge ditch drops to the low level, the bilge pump should stop automatically and the operation indicator light should go out. 5.2.3 Test of automatic oil drain device of bilge water oil-water separator Before carrying out the action test, fill the required oil into the oil-water separator with bottom water to make the oil-water separator work: when the oil-water interface drops to reach the oil drain level, the drain electromagnet should open automatically; when the water-oil interface rises to the stop position, the oil drain electromagnet should close automatically, and at the same time check whether the indicator light on the control box is working normally. The interface between water and air can also be used instead of the oil-water interface light to carry out the above test. 5.3 Water supply and sanitary water system construction 5.3.1 Water system start and stop test 5.3.1.1 For the pressure cabinet method, according to GB 1156ES, fill the pressure cabinet with compressed air to the cut-off pressure (generally 0.1MPa) and use a water pump to pump water to the design working pressure (generally 0.4Mpa). Open the valve and slowly release the water so that the positive pressure in the pressure cabinet drops to the set residual pressure. When the pressure drops to the set residual pressure, the water pump will automatically stop. Close the relief valve, the pressure in the water supply cabinet rises, and when the pressure inside the cabinet reaches the set pump stop pressure value, the water pump should automatically stop. Also, let the water pump run smoothly. The pressure inside the pressure cabinet should be consistent with the set value when the water pump starts and stops. 5.3.1. 2 heavy J cabinet type 8. Fill the water tank with water, then open and supply water or drain the water, the water level in the cabinet will drop due to gravity.
