4.1 The winch should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The winch should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and JB8516. 4.3 The wearing parts and general parts of the winch should ensure their interchangeability. 4.4 The raw materials, standard parts, and outsourced parts used in the winch should comply with current relevant standards. 4.5 The working noise of the winch at the driver's operating position should not be greater than 88dB(A). 4.6 The accuracy of open gear transmission should not be lower than that in GB/T10095 Level 9 regulations. For winches using ordinary cylindrical gear reducers, the gear accuracy should not be lower than the level 8 requirements of GB/T10095. The cleanliness of the winch reducer should meet the J-level requirements of JB/T7929. 4.7
The supporting electrical equipment of the flameproof winch shall comply with the regulations of GB3836.1. 4.8

The oil temperature rise at each bearing of the winch and reducer should not exceed 40℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80℃. The winch should operate smoothly and reliably without any abnormal noise, and there should be no looseness in the connecting parts of the fasteners. The winch brake action should be sensitive, the braking should be smooth and reliable, and there should be no jamming phenomenon. The braking torque of the winch brake shall not be less than three times the rated static torque. After the brake belt of the winch brake is released, it should be completely separated from the brake wheel surface. The contact area between the winch brake and the brake wheel should be no less than 70%. The car clutch should be safe and reliable.
The winch should be painted evenly without defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, flow marks, and cracks. 4.17

4.19. Under the condition that the user abides by the rules of custody, use, storage, installation and transportation, within 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer or within six months of installation and use, if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality , the manufacturing unit shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge.
5 Test methods
5.1 The winch should be subjected to various tests at the rated voltage (tolerance is ±5%). The instruments and meters used in the test should be accompanied by valid certificates or periodic calibration certificates.
5.2 No-load test, run the winch forward and reverse for 30 minutes each, and observe the movement, sound, vibration and leakage of each part. 5.3 Load test: The winch is loaded step by step at 25%, 50% and 75% of the rated load, and the winch is operated continuously in forward and reverse directions for more than 2 hours under the rated load. During operation, the movement, sound, vibration and leakage of each part are observed. 5.4 Overload test: The overload test shall be carried out after passing the load test. The load shall be 120% of the rated load. The test shall be lifted three times. The running distance shall not be less than 10m each time, and no abnormal phenomena shall occur. 5.5 During the load test, detect noise according to GB/T8768. 5.6 After the winch load test, use a thermometer to check the oil temperature, and use a point thermometer to detect the temperature at the bearing. 5.7 After the no-load test of the winch, check the cleanliness of the reducer according to JB/T7929. 5.8 Use a tension meter with an accuracy of not less than level 2 to detect the maximum static tension of the wire rope. 5.9 The speed of the wire rope is tested by the photoelectric method with a photoelectric sensor and a photoelectric oscilloscope, or a tachometer can be used: 6 Inspection Rules | certified documents. 6.2 The winch inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection and type inspection are carried out at the manufacturer (type inspection can also be carried out at the site of use)
6.3 Each winch must undergo factory inspection, and the factory inspection should comply with 4.1, 4.6, 4.8, 4.9, 4.11, 4.12, 4.17 and 4.18 requirements.
6.4 During the factory inspection of winches, 10% (not less than one) of the batch should be subjected to load test. 6.5 Type inspection should be carried out when any of the following situations occurs: a) Trial model identification of a new winch developed or transferred to a factory for production; b) After formal production, if the design, process or materials of the winch are significantly changed, it may affect its quality Performance: c) When the winch has been out of production for more than 3 years and resumes production; d) When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 6.6 The type inspection content should include all the requirements of this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each winch should have a product label fixed at its obvious and appropriate location. The type and size of the sign should comply with the regulations of GB/T13306. Content includes:

7.2 The packaging of the winch should comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T13384, and the packaging, storage and transportation pictorial signs should comply with the relevant provisions of GB191: 7.3
