This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for large vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps (hereinafter referred to as "pumps"). This standard applies to pumps that transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the transported liquid is 0~55℃.

Pumps shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. If the user has requirements for the product that are different from those of this standard, they may be manufactured according to the provisions of the order form and data sheet [see Appendix A (reference). 3.1 Performance
3.1.1 The performance parameters of the pump shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding standards or order forms. 3.1.2 The manufacturer shall determine the allowable operating range of the product and its variants and draw performance curves (the relationship curve between head, shaft power, NPSH and flow rate).
3.1.3 Within the allowable operating range, the vibration intensity at the bearing body of the pump shall not exceed 7.1mm/s. 3.1.4 Within the allowable operating range, the noise value of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB10890. 3.2 Structural design
3.2.1 Prime mover
The rated output power of the prime mover shall not be less than 1.1 times the pump shaft power. 3.2.2 Critical speed
The critical speed of the pump shall comply with the following formula: Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 22, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992

3.2.3 Static balance

The impeller shall be subjected to static balance test, and its accuracy shall not be lower than G6.3 level in Appendix B (Supplement). 3.2.4 Pressure-bearing parts
3.2.4.1 The shell that bears internal pressure shall be designed with strength calculation and reinforcement ribs to ensure sufficient rigidity so that it can withstand the working pressure at working temperature and prevent deformation, and can withstand the test pressure at ambient temperature. The water pressure test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure, and there shall be no leakage during the pressure holding time. 3.2.4.2 The suction and discharge flanges of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB4216, and their nominal pressure shall be able to meet the working pressure of the pressure-bearing parts.
3.2.5 Impeller
3.2.5.1 The impeller shall be provided with balancing holes or balancing ribs to balance the axial force. 3.2.5.2 The impeller should be reliably fixed on the shaft to prevent circumferential or axial movement during operation. 3.2.6 Shaft and sleeve
3.2.6.1 The shaft should be subjected to strength calculation to ensure sufficient strength and rigidity. 3.2.6.2 When the pump is operating within the allowable operating range, the deflection of the shaft in the radial plane of the outer end face of the stuffing box due to radial load should not exceed 50μum. When calculating the deflection of the shaft, the supporting effect of the soft packing should not be considered. 3.2.6.3 The sleeve should be wear-resistant and reliably fixed on the shaft. 3.2.6.4 The shaft should be forged. When the sleeve is made of carbon steel, the surface should be chrome-plated. 3.2.7 Sealing ring
The sealing ring should be reliably fixed on the housing, and the diameter gap between the sealing ring and the impeller is 1.0~1.5mm. 3.2.8 Shaft seal
3.2.8.1 Sufficient space should be left outside the stuffing box to replace the packing. 3.2.8.2 When the pump adopts soft packing seal, a packing ring shall be set in the shaft seal cavity so as to inject cooling water into the stuffing box. The number of packing roots shall not be less than 1 circle.
3.2.9 Bearings
3.2.9.1 The pump adopts rolling bearings. The bearing design shall be able to bear the weight of the rotor, and the remaining axial force can be borne by the pump bearing or the prime mover bearing. The bearing is lubricated with grease.
3.2.9.2 A cooling chamber shall be set in the bearing body. The bearing oil storage chamber and the cooling chamber shall be separated, and there shall be no connection and leakage. All holes or gaps on the bearing body that communicate with the outside shall be able to prevent dust from entering. 3.2.9.3 The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃ of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃. 3.3 Materials for main parts

3.4 ​​Manufacturing
3.4.1 Casting

3.4.1.1 The pump castings shall not have casting defects that affect the mechanical properties. The defects of the pressure-bearing parts shall not be repaired by plugging, hammering or dipping. The welding repair of casting defects shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the relevant welding repair specifications. 3.4.1.2 The surface of the casting can be cleaned by sandblasting, shot blasting or other methods. All flashes on the parting surface or remnants of the pouring port should be removed to make the casting surface flush.
3.4.1.3 The dimensional deviation of the flow-through part of the casting shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

3.4.1.5 The surface roughness R of the flow-through part of the casting shall comply with the following provisions: a.
For steel castings, not more than 150um;
For iron castings, not more than 100um.
3.4.2Forgings
The main shaft shall be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection.
3.4.3 Assembly
3.4.3.1 All parts of the pump shall be inspected and cleaned before assembly. Dimension deviation %

3.4.3.2 During assembly, the radial runout of the rotor components shall be checked. The radial runout at the impeller seal ring shall not exceed 0.35mm, and the radial runout of the shaft and sleeve in the radial plane passing through the outer end face of the stuffing box shall not exceed 0.15mm. 3.4.3.3 After assembly, when no stuffing is installed, the rotor should rotate flexibly, evenly, without friction, etc. 3.4.4 Anti-rust and painting
3.4.4.1 The painting of the pump shall comply with the provisions of JB4297. 3.4.4.2
When assembling the pump, the following parts should be treated with anti-rust treatment: a.
The machined surface of the parts inside the pump (except the specified painted parts) should be coated with anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease; b. The machined surface of the exposed parts of the pump should be coated with hardened grease. 3.4.4.3 After the pump passes the performance test, the accumulated water in the pump should be removed and the anti-rust treatment should be carried out again. 4 Test methods
4.1 Material test
JB/T5294-91
The chemical composition analysis method and mechanical property test method of the material should comply with the provisions of the relevant standards in Article 3.3. The ultrasonic flaw detection inspection method shall comply with the provisions of JB1581. 4.2 Water pressure test
The shell that bears internal pressure shall be subjected to water pressure test in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2.4.1. The test medium is clean water at room temperature and the pressure holding time is not less than 10 minutes. 4.3 Performance test
The performance test method of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB3216. 4.4 Vibration measurement
The vibration measurement method of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB10889. However, when measuring the vibration of the pump with a speed below 600r/min, the lower limit of the frequency response range of the selected measuring instrument (including the sensor) shall not be greater than 2Hz. 4.5 Noise measurement
The noise measurement method of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB10890. 5 Inspection rules
The inspection of the pump is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 5.1 Type inspection
5.1.1 Type inspection is carried out in one of the following situations: a.
Trial determination and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production b.
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c.
When the product resumes production after a long period of suspension;
When the results of the factory inspection are significantly different from the last type inspection. 5.1.2 Test items shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB3216 (including vibration, noise and bearing temperature). 5.2 Factory inspection
5.2.1 Factory inspection for batch products.
5.2.2 Test items shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB3216. Type inspection and factory inspection (including test items and number of inspection units) shall be carried out according to order requirements. 5.3 Final inspection
The technical inspection department shall verify the scope of supply of each pump, which shall be consistent with the provisions of the order form (including marking, painting, packaging, packing information, etc.). The pump can only be shipped after the product certificate is issued. 6 Warranty period
If the user selects the product appropriately and abides by the storage and use rules, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the continuous operation shall not exceed 12 months. If the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the product or parts (excluding wearing parts) for the user free of charge.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The pump nameplate should be firmly nailed in a conspicuous position. The nameplate content should include: 7.1.1
Manufacturer name:
Pump name and model,
Main parameters of the pump: flow m*/s, head m, speed r/min, shaft power kW, required cavitation margin m, pump weight kgd.
Factory number and date of manufacture of the pump.
The rotation direction mark of the pump should be cast in a conspicuous position of the pump body (or nailed with a turn sign), and the arrow should be red. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Product packaging should comply with the provisions of JB2759. JB/T 5294--91
7.2.2 Products should be numbered when they are packaged in boxes to prevent misdelivery or omission. 7.2.3 The wearing parts, spare parts and accessories of the pump should be packed and fixed in the box after anti-rust treatment. 7.2.4 The pump products should be accompanied by the following technical documents when leaving the factory, and sealed in a waterproof and moisture-proof bag: a. Product certificate;
Product instruction manual (including wearing parts diagram, performance curve diagram, appearance and installation dimension diagram, etc.); packing list (including spare parts, accessories, special tools list, etc.). c.
7.3 Transportation
7.3.1 The pump should be prevented from damage or loss of accessories and documents during transportation. 7.3.2 During transportation, it should be lifted at the specified position and placed in the specified direction. 7.4 Storage
7.4.1 The pump (including accessories, accessories and equipped prime movers, etc.) should be protected from exposure, rust and damage during storage. 7.4.2 The oil seal of the pump is valid for 12 months, and it should be re-sealed after the expiration. 8
Complete range
The manufacturer shall provide all or part of the following complete range according to the needs of the user: a.
