During the revision, the parameters and technical requirements of the mine hoisting winch with block brake in JB 4287-86 "JT-0.8 and 2JT-0.8 type mine hoisting winch" were incorporated into this standard. This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of JTK type mine hoisting winch. This standard applies to JTK type mine hoisting winch. Winches with a drum diameter of 1.2m or more are mainly used for lifting materials and personnel in inclined tunnels and small shafts in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines; winches with a drum diameter of 0.8m are mainly used to assist in lifting and lowering materials. This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of JTK mine winder.
This standard applies to JTK mine winder (hereinafter referred to as winch). Winches with a drum diameter of 1.2m or more are mainly used for lifting materials and personnel in inclined toll roads and small vertical shafts in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines: winches with a drum diameter of 0.8m are mainly used for auxiliary lifting and lowering of materials.

3 Models and basic parameters

4.1.1 The winch shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The winch shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines" and the "Safety Regulations for Metallurgical Mines". 4.1.3 The winch shall be placed in a machine room with an ambient temperature of 5~40℃. 4.1.5 Any technical requirements for casting, forging, riveting, welding, machining and assembly not specified in this standard shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards and industry standards.
4.1.6 Before painting, the surface rust removal quality of steel parts shall comply with the provisions of St2 level in GB/T8923. The paint should be even, and no defects such as bubbles, cracks, peeling, flow marks and missing paint that affect the appearance are allowed. 4.1.7 The noise of the winch at the control panel position shall not exceed 85dB(A); for the winch driven by split gears, the noise at the operating position shall not exceed 88dB(A).
4.1.8 The winch should run smoothly and reliably, without abnormal vibration and noise. 4.1.9 When the winch is running continuously under rated load, the temperature rise of the lubricating oil at each bearing and reducer shall not exceed 40℃, and the temperature shall not exceed 75℃.
4.1.10 The depth indicator should be able to accurately indicate the position of the lifting container and send out deceleration and overwinding signals in time. 4. 1. 11
The brake handle and operating handle of the winch control panel should be convenient, flexible, safe and reliable. The operating force should not exceed 50N; for a winch with a drum diameter of 0.8m, the operating force should not exceed 150N. 4.1.12 The moving parts of the winch that affect safety should be equipped with protective devices. 4.1.13

4.2 Spindle device

4.2.1 The spindle must be inspected for flaws that reduce performance. 4.2.2 The radial runout of the drum shall not exceed 5mm. 4.2.3 The distance between the outer edge of the drum and the outermost winding layer of the wire rope shall not be less than 2.5 times the diameter of the wire rope. 4.2.4 The surface of the brake rim shall not have defects that affect performance, and its radial runout shall not exceed 0.5mm. 4.2.5 The rope adjustment device shall be safe, reliable and easy to operate. 4.3 Brake
4.3.1 The winch shall be equipped with a working brake and a safety brake that can be operated independently, and the braking torque shall not be less than 3 times the maximum static torque of the winch.
4.3.2 To ensure safety, the brake shall have two sets of identical actuators. 4.3.3 The brake is of the shoe type, which uses heavy chain force or spring force for braking, and is electrically released. The brake should be flexible, safe and reliable.
4.3.4 The contact area between the brake shoe and the brake wheel rim should be no less than 80%. 4.3.5 The brake shoe should be made of wear-resistant material, and the friction coefficient with the brake wheel should be no less than 0.35. 4.3.6 The brake control system should be sensitive and reliable: the working braking torque should be adjustable, and the braking should be smooth. 4.4 Reducer
4.4.1 The manufacturing accuracy of the involute cylindrical gear should not be lower than the provisions of 8-8-7HK in GB/T10095. 4.4.2 The operation should be smooth, without periodic impact and abnormal sound. 4.4.3 After 2 hours of trial operation, there should be no oil leakage at the seals and joints. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 General provisions
5.1.1 The winch shall be tested according to the test methods specified in this standard. 5.1.2 The user shall install, debug and operate according to the requirements of the manufacturer's instructions. 5.1.3 The winch shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of this standard and product drawings. It can only be shipped after passing the test, and it shall be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product.
5.1.4 The user has the right to inspect whether the product quality and various indicators meet the requirements of this standard. 5.2 Factory test
5.2.1 Each winch shall be subjected to factory test before leaving the factory, and shall comply with the requirements of 4.1.10, 4.2, 4.3.6 and 4.4. 5.2.2 The internal structure of the main shaft shall be inspected by ultrasonic testing or α-ray fluoroscopy. 5.2.3 For winches produced in batches, 10% of the batch (one unit if less than 10) shall be selected for idling test in the factory. The operation time shall be no less than 2 hours, with reversal every half hour. During operation, overwinding and power-off safety braking shall be performed no less than three times, and all parts shall be checked for abnormal phenomena.
5.3 Type test

f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 5.3.2 The content of type inspection shall include all requirements of this standard. 5.3.3 The winch shall be tested for idling, with forward and reverse operation for 30 minutes each. The idling power shall not exceed 10% of the rated power of the motor (excluding the idling power of the motor.
5.3.4 After the winch is hung with the wire rope and the lifting container, it shall first be subjected to a reel protection test, and then run for 30 minutes to check the safety and reliability of the mechanical and electrical parts.
5.3.5 The load test of the winch shall increase the load step by step, and run for 2 hours at 25%, 50% and 75% of the rated load. The full load test shall run continuously for not less than 24 hours. The load test shall detect the following items: a) The static tension of the wire rope shall meet the requirements of 3.4; b) The temperature rise and maximum temperature of the bearing and reducer lubricating oil shall meet the requirements of 4.1.9; c) The noise of the winch shall meet the requirements of 4.1.7 d) The deceleration during safety braking shall meet the requirements of 4.1.2; e) The temperature rise of the motor shall meet the provisions of GB/T755. 5.3.6 After the load test is passed, an overload test shall be carried out, and the test load shall be 125% of the rated load. Lift and lower the test load for no less than three times, check all parts, and no abnormality should occur. 5.3.7 The total running time of the winch type test should be no less than 800h, and the test load should not be less than 75% of the rated load. 5.3.8 The braking torque of the brake can be measured by a dynamometer with an accuracy of no less than Class 2. Each set of brakes should be measured separately and should comply with the provisions of 4.3.1.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each winch should have a product label fixed in an obvious and appropriate position. The type and size of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and the content should include:
a) Model and name of the winch;
b) Main technical parameters;
c) Date of manufacture;
d) Name of the manufacturer;
e) Factory number.
6.2 The packaging of the winch shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T13384; the text and logo on the outside of the packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB19! 6.3 The manufacturer shall provide the following technical documents with the winch, pack them in the box and mark them on the outside of the box: a) Packing list:

d) General drawing, main component drawing, wearing parts drawing and foundation drawing. 6.4 The parts of the winch shall be protected from magnetic collision damage during transportation. 6.5 The exposed processing surface of the winch parts shall be coated with anti-rust oil, and the winch anti-rust period shall be guaranteed to be not less than 3 years. 6.6 The user shall regularly (not less than once every six months) check the oil seal of the winch and replace it according to the necessary degree. The winch should be stored in a shed to prevent damage by rain and snow. Small parts packed in boxes should be stored indoors.
