The surface shall be coated with a uniform layer of red lead paint, and the test shall be carried out after the paint is dry. For each test, the fastener shall be moved to a fastening position. 6.1.2 The accuracy of the hydraulic universal material testing machine and dial indicator used in the test is ±1%, the accuracy of the snake used in the torsional stiffness test device is ±2%, and the accuracy of the fixed-force torque wrench is ±5%. 6.1.3 The T-bolts, nuts and washers of the fasteners used in the test must be unused and qualified products. 6.1.4 During the test, the openings between the cover plate and the seat of the right-angle fasteners and rotating fasteners on the cross tube must face upward. 6.1.5 During the fastener test, the torque of the tightening bolts must be 40N·m. 6.1.6 When the fasteners are subjected to various load tests, the loading speed should be controlled between 300 and 400N/s. 6.1.7 The total load in the test should include the preload. 6.2 Mechanical properties test of right-angle fasteners
6.2.1 Anti-slip performance test
When the fasteners are subjected to the anti-slip performance test, a vertical load P that increases at a uniform rate is applied to the cross tube (on both sides of the fastener). When P reaches the specified value, the displacement value A and △ are measured (see Figure 1).
1-horizontal tube: 2-vertical tube, 3-fastener
When the preload P is 1kN, adjust the displacement measuring instrument to zero. When P increases to 7kN, record the △, value: when P increases to 10 kN, record the △2 value.
Both arc surfaces of the fastener should be tested. 6.2.2 Anti-destruction performance test
GB15831—1995
After the anti-slip performance test, the undamaged fastener can be used for anti-destruction performance test. At this time, an anti-slip support pad should be attached to the lower part of the fastener (see Figure 2). When P is 25kN, all parts must not be damaged. Only one arc surface is tested.
1-horizontal tube, 2-vertical tube, 3-support pad; 4-fastener 6.2.3 Torsional stiffness performance test
The fastener is installed on two mutually perpendicular steel pipes. If the length of the horizontal tube is more than 2000mm, load P on the horizontal tube at a distance of 1000mm from the center, and measure the rotation angle 6 or displacement value f of the horizontal tube at a distance of 1000mm from the center at the unloaded end (see Figure 3). 1000
1—Horizontal tube; 2—Vertical tube; 3—Fasteners
When the preload P is 20N, adjust the measuring instrument to zero, and then add load in steps of 100N until 900N. The measured value should be recorded immediately at each load level, and the displacement values should be converted into rotation angles after the test. 6.3 Mechanical property test of rotating fasteners
6.3.1 Anti-slip performance test
The test method is the same as 6.2.1, except that the preload P is 0.2kN and P=7.When P=0kN, record the △ value, when P=10.0kN, record the △A2 value. Only one arc surface is tested.
6.3.2 Anti-destruction performance test
GB 15831-1995
After the anti-sliding performance test, the anti-destruction performance test is carried out. When the load is 17kN, the parts of the fastener shall not be damaged. 6.4 Butt fastener tensile performance test
The fastener is subjected to axial tension increasing at a constant speed, and the displacement value △ is measured (see Figure 4). When the preload P is 1kN, adjust the measuring instrument to zero, and then continue to load. When P increases to 4kN. Record the △ value. Figure 4
