ICS 25. 100. 30 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T4264-2004 Replaces GB/T4264—1984 Countersinks, 9o°, with Morse taper shanks and detachable pilots (ISO4204:1977, MOD) Issued on 2004-02-10 General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China Administration of Standardization of the People's Republic of China Implementation on 2004-08-01 GB/T4264—2004 This standard modifies and adopts ISO4204:1977 "Countersinks, 90°, with Morse taper shanks and detachable pilots" (English version). Compared with ISO4204:1977, this standard has the following technical differences and editorial modifications: In the normative reference documents, ISO296 and ISO4208 are replaced by GB/T1443 and GB/T4266 respectively; ISO4207 is deleted; Appendix A (common series of strontium drills with 90° taper shanks) is added; the tolerance chapter is cancelled, and the dimensional tolerances are listed in the table; marking examples are added; the symbol "." is used to replace the comma "," as a decimal point; "this standard" is used to replace "this international standard"; the foreword of the international standard is deleted; in Table 1, the diameter d: 31.5~40 is changed to 31.5~~40.4. This standard replaces GB/T4264-1984 "90° taper drills with replaceable guide pins" from the date of implementation. Compared with GB/T4264-1984, this standard has the following changes: the writing format is in accordance with GB/T1.1-2000; In Figure 1: the footnotes of the symbols "d" and "{" have been adjusted, and corresponding changes have been made in Table 1; Table 1 is the same as ISO4204, and the strontium drill code in GB/T4264-1984 has been deleted; the cutting diameter di and the guide pin diameter dz are given in range segments. Commonly used cutting diameters, guide pin diameters and applicable screw and bolt specifications are listed in the appendix, and the dimensions are adjusted in accordance with GB/T152.2-1988; -Surface roughness is listed in the technical conditions standard; Appendix A (common series of Morse taper shank 90° cone drills) is added. Appendix A of this standard is an informative appendix. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Tool Standardization. The drafting unit of this standard: Chengdu Tool Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Shen Shichang and Nie Kexing. Previous publications of the standards replaced by this standard: -GB/T4264—1984.
