Some standard content:

CB/T 14092.7---1997
This standard is one of the standards for environmental conditions of mechanical products. Prior to this, six standards for environmental conditions of mechanical products have been published in GB/114092.1~14092.6-93, including: GB/T 14092.1-93 Environmental conditions of mechanical products - damp heat
GB/T 14092.2-- 93
3 Environmental conditions for mechanical products
GI3/T11092.3—93 Environmental conditions for mechanical products at high altitudesCF13/T14092.4—93 Environmental conditions for mechanical products at seaGB/T14092.5—93 Environmental conditions for mechanical products at industrial corrosion
GB/T14092.6—93 Environmental conditions for mechanical products at mines
my country has a vast territory. There are 10 kinds of climate types divided into nine climate zones according to the world climate zones. Therefore, the formulation of various environmental conditions for mechanical products is necessary for the design, manufacture and selection of products, and is of great significance to improving the environmental adaptability and reliability of products. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder appendix. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by the Guangzhou Electric Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafter of this standard: Liu Kuifang.
This standard is entrusted to the Guangzhou Electric Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry for interpretation. 1 Scope
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Environmental condition for machinery productsDry heat
This standard specifies the environmental parameters and severity levels of machinery products in hot and dry climates: CB/T 14092.7—1997
This standard applies to general-purpose machinery products in dry and hot climates as specified in G11797.1 "Temperature and humidity" for natural environmental conditions of electrical products, including agricultural machinery, internal combustion engines, construction machinery, mining machinery, heavy machinery, lifting and transportation machinery, petrochemical general machinery, electrical products, instruments and meters, machine tools and general parts. 2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by being referenced in this standard. This standard At the time of publication, the versions shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB1797.184 Environmental conditions for electrical and electronic products Temperature and humidity (IEC721-2-1: 1982) GB4798.290 Environmental conditions for electrical and electronic products Transportation (IEC721-3-2: 1985) GB4798.3-90 Environmental conditions for electrical and electronic products Fixed use in weather-protected locations (IEC721-3-2: 1985) 721-3-4)
G131798.4:90 Electrical and electronic products should be used in fixed places without climate protection. 3 Environmental conditions
Each environmental condition is composed of multiple environmental parameters. For example, climate conditions are composed of humidity, relative humidity and other environmental parameters. Due to the different actual conditions, each environmental parameter can be divided into several severity levels. For example, high temperature is divided into several levels such as 45C, 50C, and 55C. Environmental conditions are divided into eight categories: sandy landforms, groundwater, climate conditions, special climate conditions, biological conditions, chemically active substance conditions, mechanically active substance conditions and mechanical conditions.
3.1 Environmental code
Environmental condition characteristics are represented by environmental codes. The environmental code is generally composed of the place of use, environmental condition type, and severity level. The code is represented by numbers and English letters: the first number indicates the place of use: 3-fixed use in places with weather protection; 4-fixed use in places without weather protection, the second English letters indicate certain environmental conditions: I)-wind and sand landform conditions; W-ground water conditions; K-climatic conditions; Z-special climatic conditions (Zh-thermal radiation; Za-surrounding air movement; Zw-other water sources except rain); B-biological conditions, C-chemical active substance conditions; S-mechanical active substance conditions: M-mechanical conditions. The third number indicates the severity of the environmental conditions. Generally speaking, the larger the number, the more severe the conditions. "L" or "S" after the number indicates that some parameter values are different from the original ones.
For example, 3K5 indicates the fifth level of climatic conditions in places with weather protection. 3.2 Climate conditions
Climate conditions are listed in Table 1.
Note that some climate parameters of dry hot desert are different from those of 4K41. The rest of the environmental parameters are selected from outdoor dry hot type data. Approved by the State Administration of Technology Supervision on December 31, 1997 and implemented on July 1, 1998

Application instructions for environmental conditions
A1 This appendix provides additional instructions on how to select environmental parameters and their grades. A1.1 The codes for environmental condition grades are arranged in order from low to high severity according to the severity of the environmental parameters. The larger the code, the higher the severity. Generally speaking, a grade with a higher severity includes a grade with a lower severity. A1.2 This standard is suitable for tropical environmental conditions. The main impacts on mechanical, electrical and instrument products are sand and dust, high temperature and large daily temperature difference. They must be given enough attention in product design and selection. A2 Climate Condition Level
A2,1 Select 3K6L level in places with climate protection, which is mainly to ensure the need for high temperature killing, while other indicators are listed according to the actual situation of dry heat.
A2.2 Select 4K4L level in places without climate protection, and 4K4S level in the heart of dry hot desert. In addition to meeting the environmental requirements of commercial temperature, there are also many factors such as strong solar radiation and low temperature. A3 Special Climate Conditions
Special climate conditions include heat radiation, surrounding air movement, and other water sources except rain. The heat radiation in the desert in dry hot areas is strong, and the surface temperature can reach more than 70 degrees. In addition, in the dry and hot areas from Turpan to Hami, there are 100-mile windy sand areas, and some areas often have strong winds of about level 8, so the first level of air movement is listed for selection. Other water source conditions are to consider the conditions of flushing or cooling with groundwater during oil field development.
A4 Biological conditions
The climate in dry and hot areas is dry, and it is difficult for fungi to grow. The main consideration is the harm of rodents such as rodents. A5 Chemical active substance conditions
Chemical active substance conditions List all four levels. Due to the establishment of oil development and chemical plants and mines, the chemical corrosion media are quite different, so all levels are listed for selection. A6 Mechanical active substance conditions
3S1 and 4S1 levels are used in places that are not close to sand sources and have dust prevention facilities to prevent sand and dust from entering people. 3S2 and 452 levels are used in places close to sand sources. 3S3 and 4S3 levels are used in places where dust is generated during processing, or in places geographically located in places with a lot of wind, sand and dust. 3S1 and 454 grades are used in areas where the geographical location or production conditions often cause a large amount of sand and dust in the air. A7 Mechanical Conditions
3M1.3M2, 1M1, 4M2 grades are suitable for places where vibration and impact can be effectively prevented. 3M3, 3M4, 4M3, 4M4 grades are suitable for places where vibration is caused by machinery or moving vehicles, or places where impact is caused by blasting, piling, etc.
3M5, 3M6, 4M5, 4M6 grades are used for places where vibration is caused by machinery or moving vehicles, or large energy is caused by nearby machines, conveyor belts, etc.
GB/T14092.7-1997
3M7, 3M8, 4M7.4M8 grades are suitable for places where the product is directly installed on the machine and the machine itself causes vibration and impact of human energy.
Wind and Sand Land
Wind and Sand Landforms only list the dune elevation and density distribution, which is mainly for reference when drilling for oil and building mines in desert areas. Groundwater
The dry and hot sand model area has abundant groundwater, but the groundwater mineralization is very high. The table lists three levels for reference when dealing with mineralization and protecting equipment.

In addition, in the dry hot area from Turpan to Hami, there is a 100-mile wind and sand area, and some areas often have strong winds of about level 8, so the levels of wind movement are listed for selection. Other water source conditions are to consider the conditions for flushing or cooling with groundwater during oil field development.
A4 Biological conditions
The climate in dry hot areas is dry, and it is not easy for fungi to grow. The main consideration is the harm of rodents such as rodents. A5 Chemically active substances conditions
Chemically active substances conditions list all four levels. Due to the development of oil and the establishment of chemical plants and mines, chemical corrosive media are quite different. All levels are listed for easy selection. A6 Mechanically active substances conditions
3S1 and 4S1 levels are used in places that are not close to sand sources and have dust prevention facilities to prevent sand and dust from entering. 3S2 and 452 levels are used in places close to sand sources. 3S3 and 4S3 levels are used in places where dust is generated during processing, or in places where there are many winds, sand and dust. 3S1 and 454 levels are used in areas where there are often a lot of sand and dust in the air due to geographical location or production conditions. A7 Mechanical conditions
3M1.3M2, 1M1, 4M2 levels are suitable for places where vibration and impact can be effectively prevented. 3M3, 3M4, 4M3, 4M4 are suitable for places where vibration is caused by machinery or moving vehicles, or places where impact is caused by blasting, piling, etc.
3M5, 3M6, 4M5, 4M6 are suitable for places where vibration is caused by machinery or moving vehicles, or large energy caused by nearby machines, conveyor belts, etc.
GB/T14092.7-1997
3M7, 3M8, 4M7.4M8 are suitable for places where the product is directly installed on the machine and the machine itself causes vibration and impact of human energy.
Wind and sand landforms
Wind and sand landforms only list the distribution of dune height and density, mainly for reference when drilling for oil and building mines in desert areas. Groundwater
The groundwater in the dry and hot sand model area is abundant, but the groundwater mineralization is very high. The table lists three levels for reference when mineralization treatment and equipment protection.
A10 Application Example
Place of use: Outdoor equipment in an oil refinery near Xiaotang, the starting point of the Xinji Desert Park. The air condition is similar to that of a dry tropical desert environment. The general code for the place of use is: 4K4L/4Zh2/4Za4/4Zw8/1B2/4C3/4S4/4M7. Note: Geomorphic conditions and groundwater conditions may not be listed. In addition, environmental factors that do not affect the environment may not be listed.
