Appendix A (Informative Appendix) CPC and ISICHIS and SITC code comparison table Reference literature
GB/T7635-2002 National main product classification and code consists of two independent parts: Part 1: Transportable products;
Part 2: Non-transportable products.
This part is the first part of (B/F7635-2002), which consists of five major categories: -0 major category agricultural, forestry (animal husbandry) and fishery products; Chinese medicine -1 major category mines and minerals; electricity, gas and water -2 major categories local food, beverages and tobacco; textiles, clothing and leather products -3 major categories other transportable items except metal products, machinery and equipment -4 major categories metal products, machinery and equipment GB/T 7635.1—2002
This part corresponds to Part 1 of the 1998 1.0 version of the Principal Product Classification (CPC) established by the United Nations Statistical Commission, and the degree of consistency is non-equivalent: the first five levels of the code structure are the same as CPC, and its content uses all the classes and codes of CPC transportable goods (except code 447 weapons and ammunition and parts thereof), corresponding to CPC. The main differences between each layer of Class H and the corresponding part of CPC are as follows: the title is changed to the statement of the applicable Chinese standard; the first layer is added to the code table, more than 46,000 subcategories are added, and a series sequence code (i.e. segmented code) is adopted: - A description column is added to the code table
In the code table, some products are listed in two places and the code is assigned in one place: the contents of the first to fifth layers in the table are appropriately adjusted and added; the first layer of the core category adds "(牧)"\medicine\name; the second layer adds content or makes individual modifications in 15 categories of CPC\11, 12, 15, 21, 23, 26, 27.28, 29.37, 39, 43, 44.47, 48" and adds one category (06 Chinese medicine); the third layer adds content or makes individual modifications in 67 major categories of CPC medicine, deletes CPC\447\Class H, and adds major category 24 The fourth layer added content or made some modifications to the approximately 269 sub-categories of PC, deleted 6 sub-categories of I, and added more than 260 sub-categories; the fifth layer added content or made some modifications to the 170 sub-categories of CI, and added more than 2,600 sub-categories. The first to fifth layers added content or made very few modifications to more than 500 categories, and added more than 280 categories. This part is a revision of GB/T7635-1987 "National Classification and Code of Industrial and Agricultural Products (Commodities. Materials). This part is consistent with GB/T7635-1987 in terms of product code structure and coding method, product classification, category setting and number, and the location of certain products. 351987 has a big change + the main differences are as follows: - the name of GB/T7635-1987 standard has been modified. The code structure and coding method have been modified. The code structure of GB/T7635-1987 is a four-layer 8-digit code, with 2 codes on each layer, and the method of evenly distributing codes is adopted. The code structure of this part is a six-layer 8-digit code, the first five layers are a 1-digit code, and the sixth layer is a 3-digit code, and the method of non-evenly distributing codes is adopted: - the settings of product classification and category are quite different, corresponding to the following: GB/T7635.1-2002
This part corresponds to GH, T The 1 major category of this part corresponds to the 5 categories B, C, J, and M of GB/T 7635-1987; the 2 major categories of this part correspond to the 3 categories T, F, and J of GB/T 7635-1987; the 3 major categories of this part correspond to the 12 categories A, F, FT, I, LM, LM, X, and Y of B/T 735-1987. The 4 major categories of this part correspond to the 15 categories BF, G, I, M, N, P, Q, R, S, T, UV, and T of GB/T 7635-1987.
This part adopts the terms established in "General Terminology of Classification and Coding GB/T 10113-1988"; the ~ category adopts the standardized product names.
During the implementation and execution of this part, its deficiencies and errors can be dynamically maintained in a timely manner. The dynamic maintenance of this part is the responsibility of the China Standards Promotion Research Center.
Appendix A of this part is an informative appendix. Appendix A is the translation of CI 0 to 4 major categories and the code comparison between H and ISIC (International Standard of Industrial Classification), HS (Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System) and SITC (Standard Inlernatiaral Trade Classification). Introduction
GB/T 7635, 12002
With the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration of economic globalization, the number of various products (including transportable products and non-transportable products) for the purpose of meeting human needs has increased dramatically, and the structure, type and type of products have undergone great changes: various types of products have received more and more attention and attention from the international and domestic society. The informatization of the national economy has put forward new and higher requirements for the standardization of product management in my country. Under the new situation, according to my country's national conditions and taking into account the needs of the integration of the government and the world economy, a national product classification and coding standardization system that can be used by various departments and is consistent with the internationally accepted product catalog is established to realize the scientific and information-based product management, meet the needs of my country's economic management and domestic and foreign trade, and the needs of logistics management, and effectively serve the operation of the market economy.1-2002 National Classification and Code of Major Products Part 1: Transportable Products is a large-scale basic standard. The revision and frequent publication of this part are of great significance to improving the accuracy and international comparability of product data evaluation, establishing a product database to realize network information resource sharing, strengthening the modern management and supervision of state-owned assets and the informatization of material storage and circulation, promoting the development of industry science and technology and enterprise technological progress, strengthening product quality management, realizing e-commerce, and adjusting and implementing the national industrial structure and industrial policies. The "Major Product Classification" (CP) formulated by the United Nations Statistical Commission is an internationally identifiable product universal directory overall structural framework and the core of various related international economic classifications. It has now become an important tool for coordinating various international economic classifications. As a new classification system, CP includes domestic and internationally traded products and various products of economic activities. and non-produced tangible and intangible assets, covering the classification and coding of all transportable and non-transportable products such as goods, services and assets. The United Nations Statistical Commission encourages countries to develop a product classification standard system suitable for their own countries based on CPC. This part of GB/T7635 is compiled based on the above recommendations of the United Nations Statistical Commission. The classification and coding system of the transportable part of the CI is a hierarchical structure of five layers and five digits: the first layer has five major categories, the second layer has 39 categories, the third layer has 185 major categories, the fourth layer has 715 subcategories, and the fifth layer has 538 subcategories, with a total of 1482 categories.
