3 Definitions
Method for compiling mining machinery product models
This standard adopts the following definitions.
Brush screen:
Pretreatment equipment in sewage treatment system, composed of screen surface, brush, scraper, transmission device, etc., with the help of porous screen surface to isolate the larger particles in sewage, and brush them out of the machine. 4 Product classification

5Technical requirements

5.1 The brush screen shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The working conditions of the brush screen are as follows:
a) The sewage to be treated is non-corrosive;
b) The separation particle size is greater than 3mm;
c) When installing the equipment, the height difference between the water inlet and the drainage position shall be no less than 250mm. 5.3 All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and cooperative parts must have qualified certification documents. 5.4 The brush shall meet the following requirements:
a) The radial position of the brush shall be adjustable, the bristles shall be in uniform contact with the screen surface, and the pressure shall be appropriate; the brush shall run smoothly and flexibly; b) The bristles shall be made of materials with good elasticity, high strength and wear resistance. 5.5 The screen plate shall meet the following requirements:
a) The screen plate shall be made of stainless steel or other non-corrosive, high-strength, elastic and wear-resistant materials; b) The screen surface shall be flat, burr-free and uniformly curved; c) The opening rate shall be greater than 30% and the holes shall be evenly distributed. 5.6 The scraper shall meet the following requirements:
a) The scraper shall swing flexibly without abnormal external resistance; b) The position of the scraper shall be adjustable to maintain the best matching position with the brush 5.7 The welds of each part shall be flat and no defects such as burn-through, cracks, slag inclusions and incomplete penetration are allowed. 5.8 The exposed surface of the machine shall be coated with primer and topcoat, and the adhesion of the paint film shall reach the second level or above specified in GB/T1720. 6 Test method
Each brush screen shall be subjected to a 2h idle operation test: a) Whether the position of the brush and scraper is appropriate; b) Whether the running part is stable and flexible.
7 Inspection regulations
7.1 Inspection classification
Brush screens are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Factory inspection
7.2.1 Each brush screen must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. When it leaves the factory, it should be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified.
7.2.2 The factory inspection shall comply with the requirements of 5.4a), 5.5b), 5.5c), 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8 of this standard. 7.3 Type inspection
7.3.1 The brush screen should be subjected to type test in one of the following situations: a) When new products or old products are transferred to production for identification; b) After normal production, when there are major changes in product structure, materials, and processes; c) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) When the results of the factory inspection are greatly different from the last inspection; e) When the national quality inspection agency puts forward type inspection requirements. 7.3.2 Type inspection items shall include all requirements in this standard. 7.3.3 Type inspection shall be conducted on one unit of the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. 572
8 Signs, labels and instructions for use

8.1 Each brush screen should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position, and its type and size should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and indicate the following contents: a) Manufacturer name and trademark;
b) Product name and model;
c) Main technical parameters:
Brush turning radius, m;
Screen surface length, m:
Processing capacity, m2/h;
Motor power, kW;
Main engine weight, t;
d) Factory number;
e) Manufacturing date.
8.2 A product instruction manual should be prepared for the brush screen, and its content should comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1. 8.3 The packaging marks of the brush screen shall include the shipping packaging receipt and delivery marks and the packaging storage and transportation pictorial marks, and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191.
9 Packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
9.1 The packaging of the brush screen can be divided into naked packaging or closed packaging, and the packaging box should be ventilated and rainproof. 9.2 The brush screen should be accompanied by the following technical documents: a) Product certificate or quality certificate;
b) Product instruction manual;
c) Packing list;
d) Product general drawing and installation drawing.
9.3 The packaging box wall should have obvious text markings and should comply with the provisions of 8.3, including: a) the name of the receiving station and the receiving unit;
b) the name of the shipping station and the shipping unit;
c) the contract number and the product name and model;
d) the gross weight, net weight, box number and dimensions; e) the center of gravity, lifting line, storage and transportation diagram. 9.4 When the package is unpacked, a sign should be attached in a conspicuous position and comply with 8.3. 9.5 The main body of the brush screen can be packed as a whole and partially wrapped. The brush should be removed and packed in a closed box. 9.6 The brush screen should be stored under a canopy. 573
