Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Standard SJ2245-82 RX-7 type microwave gas discharge tube 1982-12-22 Issued 1983-07-01 Implementation Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Standard RX-7 type microwave gas discharge tube SJ2245-—82 This standard applies to RX-7 type microwave gas discharge tube (hereinafter referred to as "switch tube"), which belongs to the external cavity type high Q adjustable frequency receiving protection switch tube. With different cavities, it can be used in radar equipment in S~L bands. This standard is a supplement to the general technical conditions for microwave gas discharge tubes (SJ34373) (hereinafter referred to as "general technology"). Except for the contents specified in this standard, the rest shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the general technology. 1. Dimensions The dimensions of the switch tube shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1. 2 Parameter specification The parameters of the switch tube shall comply with the provisions of the parameter specification table. 3 Glass and metal sealing test Take 10 switch tubes (it is allowed to take tubes with some items of the same process that are unqualified, but the ignition current must be qualified) for a single glass and metal sealing test. The switch tube does not have a dedicated cavity during the test. After the test, no more than 1 unqualified switch tube is qualified. Otherwise, double the number of switch tubes should be taken for retest, and no more than 1 unqualified switch tube is qualified. When all the switch tubes are qualified in the first quarterly (or three consecutive months) test, the test will not be carried out again this year. Otherwise, it shall be carried out according to the general technical. 4 Impact testbzxZ.net The acceleration is 5g, the impact frequency is 50-70 times/min, and the impact is 500 times in the vertical and horizontal directions. 5 Low temperature test under working state Under the condition of ambient temperature of -55±2℃, after maintaining for 30 minutes, add ignition voltage and high power to measure the amplitude recovery time. 6 High temperature test under working condition After maintaining the ambient temperature at 70±2°C for 30 minutes, add the ignition voltage and high power to measure the wave tip energy. 7 Amplitude recovery time 7.1 The amplitude recovery time is calculated based on the attenuation of the receiving signal by the switch tube as 3dB. According to the mechanical position, one from one extreme to the other is one time. Electrical parameter test chamber of switch tube When the switch is tested in electrical parameters, the chamber shall be selected according to the provisions of Appendix A. The rated current range shall be selected from the chamber of Yanglu A (!). The no-load quality factor shall be selected from the chamber of Appendix A (1). The frequency coefficient shall be selected from the chamber of Appendix A (1). The total leakage power shall be selected from the chamber of Appendix A (2). The peak energy test shall be selected from the chamber of Yinlu A (2). The amplitude recovery time shall be selected from the chamber of Appendix A (2). 11 When the output of switch tube is less than 100 pieces per quarter (or for 3 consecutive months), the routine test shall be carried out once every half year (or for 6 consecutive months). The test shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 17, 18, and 19 of the General Technical Specification (SJ343-73) and Article 3 of this standard. 12 When the output of switch tube is less than 100 pieces per quarter (or for 3 consecutive months), the life test shall be carried out once every half year (or for 6 consecutive months). The test is carried out in accordance with Article 22 and Article 23 of the General Technical Specification (SJ343-73). 13 Life test of switch tube 131 The life test of switch tube is a static life test. 13.2 During the life test, the standard life parameters are tested at 200, 267, 320, 360 and 400 hours respectively.
