National Standard of the People's Republic of China Methods of tensile tests for weld and deposited metal Subject content and scope of application GB 2652-89 Replaces GB2652-81 This standard specifies the tensile test method for weld and deposited metal of metallic materials to determine their tensile strength and plasticity. This standard is applicable to fusion welding using electrodes or filler wires. 2 Reference standards GB2649 Sampling method for mechanical properties test of welded joints GB228 Tensile test method for metals GB4338 High temperature tensile test method for metals 3 Sample cutting The sample cutting position, method, number and related matters shall comply with the provisions of GB2649. Specimen and its preparation 4.1 After the end of the specimen is mechanically cut or grinded with a grinding wheel, the position of the weld is displayed with an etchant and the center of the specimen is marked. Ensure that the longitudinal axis of the specimen coincides with the axis of the weld. 4.2 The test part of the specimen must be the weld or the deposited metal. The clamping part of the specimen is allowed to have the unprocessed furnace seam surface or parent material. 4.3 If there are welding defects on the surface of the specimen, the specimen cannot be tested. 4.4 The shape, size, limit deviation and surface roughness of the specimen shall comply with the provisions of Figures 1 to 3 and Table 1. For soft metals, a higher surface roughness of 0.05 may be used upon agreement between the two parties. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on May 8, 1989 and implemented on January 1, 1990 3 ± 0.05 r(min) Single and double shoulders GB 2652-89 Note: Diameter d of the specimen. The passive (maximum and minimum) within the length shall not exceed: d. <5 is 0.01mm, 5≤d. 10 is 0.02mmd=10X0.mm. ②The size of the specimen head is determined by the fixture structure of the testing machine. 5 Test and result record 5.1 The measurement of the specimen size, test equipment, test conditions, performance determination and the rounding of the measured performance values involved in the test shall comply with the provisions of GB228. The high temperature tensile test shall comply with the provisions of GB4338. 5.2 The test results shall be evaluated according to the corresponding standards or product technical conditions. The test report shall record the following contents: bZxz.net The performance values obtained The type of sample The test temperature; The types of defects found on the new mouth of the specimen.
