Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Definition and general requirements of resin-impregnated glass fiber non-weft binding tape for electrical use 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T6236.1-92 This standard specifies the definition, product classification, general requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of resin-impregnated glass fiber non-weft binding tape for electrical use (hereinafter referred to as non-weft tape). This standard applies to semi-cured non-weft tape made of alkali-free glass fiber yarn impregnated with thermosetting resin after merging. 2 Reference standards JB2197 JB/T6236.2 3 Definitions Classification, name and model compilation methods of electrical insulation materials productsTest methods for electrical resin-impregnated glass fiber non-weft binding tape3.1 Electrical resin-impregnated glass fiber non-weft binding tape (abbreviated as non-weft tape) is a semi-cured strip material with a certain width made of treated unidirectional continuous alkali-free glass fiber yarn with or without twist, impregnated with thermosetting resin, and used for fastening and binding in electrical equipment. 3.1.1 High-strength glass fiber non-weft binding tape is a glass fiber non-weft binding tape made of high-strength twisted or untwisted glass fiber yarn as the base material. 3.1.2 Mesh non-weft tape A mesh non-weft tape when pulled horizontally. 3.2 Lathless tape reel (hereinafter referred to as tape reel) A type of lathless tape supply in which the lathless tape has no axial displacement during winding. 3.3 Lathless tape roll (hereinafter referred to as tape roll) A type of lathless tape supply in which the lathless tape is uniformly displaced along the axial direction during winding. 4 Product classification 4.1 Varieties and specifications Lathless tape belongs to the binding tape category among impregnated fiber products. Varieties are divided according to the main components, substrates and characteristics of the impregnated resin. Specifications are divided according to width, thickness and length (if necessary). 4.2 Product code 4.2.1 Naming method The product name consists of the following three parts: One or more technical characteristics that must be specified when necessary; a. The main components of the impregnated resin, if it is a modified resin, it should also be indicated; b.- Substrate and basic name, that is, glass fiber lathless binding tape. c. Example: Oil-resistant modified epoxy resin high-strength glass fiber mesh non-weft binding tape refers to a mesh non-weft binding tape with oil-resistant properties, the main component of the impregnated resin is the modified epoxy resin of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry 1992-06-16 1993-01-01 implementation JB/T6236.1-92 , and the base material is high-strength glass fiber yarn. 4.2.2 Model The preparation of product models shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 14, 15 and 16 of JB2197. Non-weft binding tapes with special technical characteristics are indicated by specific additional letters. The letter W. indicates a non-weft binding tape with a mesh structure. Example: 2844-W epoxy resin high-strength glass fiber mesh non-weft binding tape. 5 General requirements 5.1 Appearance The reel (roll) should be tightly wound, the reel surface should be neat, easy to unwind and non-sticky. The non-weft tape should be evenly glued, with no organic impurities on the surface, with a certain degree of stickiness and softness, and the tape surface should be free of creases, cracks and damage. 5.2 Joints There should be no more than one joint per reel (roll) of non-weft tape. The joint should not hinder the unwinding of the non-weft tape. The joints should be clearly marked. The length of each section of the reel shall not be less than 50m. The length of each section of the roll shall not be less than 200m. 5.3. Dimensions The length of each reel (roll) of non-weft tape shall be estimated according to the net mass, bandwidth and quantity of the reel (roll). The thickness, width and length shall be specified in the product standard. If not specified, they shall be measured according to the methods specified in Chapters 4 to 6 of JB/T6236.2. The nominal values and limit tolerances are shown in Table 1. Other specifications shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The non-weft tape shall be subjected to factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 The type inspection items shall be specified in the product standard. Type inspection shall be carried out at least once every three months. Type inspection shall also be carried out when the raw materials or process conditions are changed. 6.3 The product batch, sampling method and factory inspection items shall be specified in the product standard. Each batch of non-weft tape shall be subjected to factory inspection, and the products can be shipped only after passing the inspection. The manufacturer shall ensure that the shipped products meet all technical requirements in the product standard. 6.4 When any of the inspection results does not meet the technical requirements, double sampling shall be conducted from the batch of non-weft tape, and the double samples shall be divided into two groups and the inspection shall be repeated. If one group still does not meet the requirements, the batch of non-weft tape is unqualified. 6.5 The manufacturer shall provide product inspection reports when the user unit requires them. The user unit may inspect the products, and when the products are found to be unqualified, they shall report to the manufacturer within the specified storage period. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 The inner diameter of the reel is 76+0.2mm. Each reel is first wrapped with plastic film and then packed with plastic bags. Padding is required for positioning when packing. The inner diameter of the core of the reel is 76+0.2mm. The shaft length is 174±2 or 270±2mm, which can also be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. Each reel must be packed with plastic bags and padded for positioning when packing. The net weight of each box shall not exceed 20kg. Nominal value 0.17,0.20,0.25,0.30 Limit deviation JB/T6236.1-92 Nominal value 30,40,50bzxZ.net 200,250,300 1000,1500 Each reel (roll) of warp-free tape shall be accompanied by a label and a certificate of conformity, indicating: a. Product model, name, batch number: Specification, actual length; Net weight; Trademark; Limit deviation Manufacturer name and product manufacturing date. Each box shall be accompanied by a product manual, which shall indicate the quantitative quantity of the warp-free tape of the batch number. The box should have firm and obvious marks, indicating: a. Product standard number; Product model, name, batch number; Specification, number of reels or rolls; Gross weight and net weight; Trademark; Manufacturer name and product ex-factory date; Indicate words and pictures such as "Handle with care", "Fire prevention", "Avoid heat", "Moisture prevention", "Do not expose to the sun", and "Do not press heavily". g Woundless belts should be stored in a dry, clean, well-ventilated room or refrigerator with an ambient temperature not higher than 30℃. During storage and transportation, they should be protected from heat, moisture, direct sunlight and mechanical damage. The storage period starts from the ex-factory date, unless otherwise specified in the product standard. The storage period is specified in Table 2. If the storage period is exceeded, it shall be inspected according to the product standard, and those that pass the inspection can still be used.
