ICS47.020.50 Registration No.: 9830-2002 Ship Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China CB/T3282-2001 Replaces CB*3282-87 Plane frictional watertight rudder carriers Plane frictional watertight rudder carriers2001-11-15 Issued Issued by the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense Implemented on 2002-02-01 CB/T3282-2001 This standard is a revision of CB*3282-87 "Plane frictional watertight rudder carrier". This standard retains the original hinged bolt type and adds the stop block type. In order to avoid direct wear of the energy rod, the bushing diameter is increased, the dust shield is improved, and it has the function of preventing lubricating oil from overflowing, and it is renamed as oil shield. This standard replaces CB*3282-87 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by China State Shipbuilding Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. The main drafting unit of this standard: China Shipbuilding Industry Industry 708 Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Tang Jianliang, Zhu Quanxin. This standard was first issued in February 1987. 1 Fan Guo CB/T3282-2001 Flat friction watertight upper rudder bearing This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and transportation of flat friction watertight upper rudder bearings (hereinafter referred to as upper rudder bearings). The upper rudder bearings specified in this standard are applicable to large and medium-sized ships. The upper rudder bearing must be installed above the maximum draft of the ship's rolling part. 2 Cited Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. For surface defects that do not affect strength, electric welding repair is allowed, but it must comply with the repair requirements of relevant standards and specifications for steel casting defects. All castings should be annealed or normalized. 4.4 The surface of the parts should be smooth and no cracks, burrs, marks or other appearance defects are allowed. 4.5 The contact surfaces of the two halves of the rudder bearing body should be scraped flat, and there should be no oil leakage after the two halves are connected with bolts. 4.6 After the upper bearing is assembled, the pointer on the wear indicator should point to zero. 4.7 When the upper bearing is automatically lubricated by a lubricating oil pump, the oil cup can be eliminated and replaced with an oil pipe joint at that location. 4.8 After the upper bearing is qualified in the inspection, the outer surface shall be manually derusted and painted with rust-proof primer twice. 5 Test method 5.1 Check the factory inspection report of the steel casting. If necessary, the test bar can be retested. Its chemical composition and mechanical properties shall meet the requirements of 4.2. 5.2 Perform visual inspection. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.3, 4.4 and 4.6. 5.3 Use measuring tools to measure the main dimensions of the upper bearing. The results shall meet the requirements of 3.2 and 3.3. 5.4 After the two halves of the bearing body are connected with bolts, the oil tank is filled with lubricating oil. After 2 hours, check the connection seam. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection classification The inspection of the upper bearing is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 6.2 Type inspection Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: 6.2.1 a) First-made product: b) Major changes in design structure that may affect product performance: c) Product transfer to another factory: When the quality supervision department requires it. Type inspection items shall be in accordance with Table 6. If there are items that do not meet the requirements, it is allowed to be re-inspected after repair. If the re-inspection meets the requirements, it can be considered that the type inspection has passed. 6.4 Factory Inspection 6.4.1 The inspection items of the factory inspection are shown in Table 6. 6.4.2 The upper bearings should be inspected for factory inspection one by one. 6.4.3 If all the items of the factory inspection of the upper rudder bearing meet the requirements, the upper rudder bearing is considered to have passed the factory inspection. If there are items that do not meet the requirements, it is allowed to be repaired and re-inspected. If the re-inspection meets the requirements, the upper rudder bearing is considered to have passed the factory inspection. If the re-inspection fails, it cannot be shipped. 6.4.4 After the upper rudder bearing passes the inspection, the inspection department shall issue a certificate of conformity. 7 Marks The following product marks shall be indicated in the obvious parts of the product: a) Manufacturer name or trademark: b) Product name; c) Product mark: d) Manufacturing date or production batch number: e) Inspection pass stamp. Packaging and transportation 8.1 Before packaging the product, the surface of the rotating parts shall be protected with oil seals. 8.2 The product must be wrapped with clean packaging cloth or plastic cloth before being packed into a frame wooden box or pallet. 8.3 The product should be accompanied by a product inspection certificate and a packing list when leaving the factory. 8.4 Measures should be taken to prevent rain, impact and wear of slings during transportation.
