The heat treatment hardness should reach 35~40HRC4.4 Bearing Bearing parts are not allowed to have cracks. There should be no burns, soft spots and decarburization on the working surface. 4.5 The items not specified in this standard shall comply with the product drawings and the provisions of the current standards. 5 Inspection methods The tolerance measurement method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB307.2. 5.1 The clearance measurement method shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ11015. 5.2 5.3 The inspection method for cracks, soft spots and decarburization of bearing parts shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB1255. 5.4 The surface burns on bearing parts shall be inspected by the cold pickling method specified in JB31255. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 In addition to the provisions of ZBJ11020, the main inspection items of bearings shall also include dimupaxdzmpnuin1)1mvaxDupmino6.2 100% of the bearing rings and rollers shall be inspected for cracks. 513 7 Marking, rust prevention and packaging 7.1 7.2 JB/T5389.2--1995 The marking method of bearings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3574. Bearings shall be rust-proofed and packaged internally and externally in accordance with the provisions of GB307.3, JB/T3034, JB/T3016 and JB/T3017. 514 2.
