This standard is formulated for the first time. The four-row tapered roller bearings specified in this standard for rolling mills are commonly used on the work rolls and back-up rolls of rolling mills -
Four-row tapered roller bearings are specified in the Outline Dimensions of the Bearing Type. Its overall dimensions are specified in GB300-87 "Rolling Bearings B11005--87 "Double-row and Four-row Tapered Roller Bearings Radial Clearance". This standard mainly specifies technical requirements such as dimensional tolerances. This standard was proposed by the National Rolling Bearing Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Luoyang Bearing Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. This standard was drafted by: Wafangdian Bearing Factory. 4.3.1 Bearing parts made of high carbon chromium bearing steel should be selected from ZGCr15, ZGCr15SiMn, vacuum degassed GCr15, GCr15SiMn and one-tenth GCr15, GCr15SiMn bearing steels according to different use requirements. 4.3.2 The raw materials of bearing parts made of carburized bearing steel G20Cr2Ni4A and G20Cr2Ni4 shall comply with the provisions of (B3203. 4.3.3 The heat treatment quality of bearing parts made of high carbon chromium bearing steel shall comply with the provisions of JB1255. 4.3.4 The heat treatment quality of bearing parts made of carburized bearing steel shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ36 (0) 1 or Z13J36002 according to the depth of the carburized layer.
4.3.5 When the bearing operating temperature exceeds 120C, the bearing parts made of high carbon chromium bearing steel shall be subjected to high temperature tempering treatment, and their hardness shall comply with the provisions of JB1255.
4.3.6 The bearing spacer is made of 45 or 40 steel, and the raw materials shall comply with the provisions of GB699. The heat treatment hardness should reach 35~40HRC4.4 Bearing Bearing parts are not allowed to have cracks. There should be no burns, soft spots and decarburization on the working surface. 4.5 The items not specified in this standard shall comply with the product drawings and the provisions of the current standards. 5 Inspection methods
The tolerance measurement method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB307.2. 5.1
The clearance measurement method shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ11015. 5.2
5.3 The inspection method for cracks, soft spots and decarburization of bearing parts shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB1255. 5.4 The surface burns on bearing parts shall be inspected by the cold pickling method specified in JB31255. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 In addition to the provisions of ZBJ11020, the main inspection items of bearings shall also include dimupaxdzmpnuin1)1mvaxDupmino6.2 100% of the bearing rings and rollers shall be inspected for cracks. 513
7 Marking, rust prevention and packaging

The marking method of bearings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3574. Bearings shall be rust-proofed and packaged internally and externally in accordance with the provisions of GB307.3, JB/T3034, JB/T3016 and JB/T3017. 514
