Standard of the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China GZS12-4-4 Color Picture Tube Socket SJ3167-88 This standard is the technical specification for the GZS12-4-4 color picture tube socket. The socket is used for color picture tubes with the tube base code J124. During the test, the socket is welded to the printed circuit board and force is applied by the clamp fastened to the base of the socket. 3.3 Starting discharge voltage 3.3.1 Requirements: The socket is between the specified contact and the ground terminal The starting discharge voltage shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2 respectively. The voltage indication accuracy of the discharge device is 15%, and the discharge current is 1mA: The environmental conditions for the discharge test are: Temperature 20±5℃, relative humidity 45%~75% 3.4 Discharge durability 3.4.1 Requirements: The socket is subjected to 5000 discharge tests at the upper limit of the specified starting discharge voltage between the specified contact and the ground terminal: After the test, there should be no mechanical damage, and the starting discharge voltage range should comply with the provisions of Table 2. 3.4.2 Test method: The test is carried out on a discharge durability test equipment that complies with the circuit principle of Figure 3. The contact is connected to the positive pole and the ground terminal is connected to the negative pole. Discharge once about 1 second, and the discharge current should be 1mA.
