Determine the moisture content of the three samples, take the arithmetic mean as the moisture content of the material after drying, and at the same time measure the mass of the material input from the first sampling to the third sampling (20 minutes). 4 Calculation of drying intensity
Drying intensity is calculated according to formula (AI):
Drying intensity, kg/(m·h);
Where: P
p=m(w -w.)

Drum dryer drying strength test method
The moisture content of the material is determined by the weight loss method. The temperature is measured in an oven, and the temperature is not more than 105℃. The temperature is measured by a thermometer with an accuracy level of not less than 1.5.
2 Test conditions
A21 The material is corn starch, and the moisture content of the material before drying is 80%~85%. The temperature of the material before drying is 40℃±1℃. The moisture content after drying is not more than 8%
A22 The working conditions of the dryer should meet the following requirements: a) Water vapor pressure: 0.8MPa:
b) Drum surface temperature: ≥160℃.
3 Test method
When the dryer reaches the working state specified in A22, start to add materials evenly. When the dryer works stably and the moisture content after drying meets the test conditions, take samples every 10 minutes, for a total of three times.
Drying intensity, kg/(m·h);
Where: P
p=m(w -w.)
St(1-w2)
Mass of material input during the calculation time, kg: moisture content of material before drying (wet basis), %: moisture content of material after drying (wet basis), %; S-effective heating area of the drum, m:
Drying time, h.
