The moving force of the static fixed fuel injection pump adjustment rod within the full stroke range shall comply with the value specified in the product drawing and be recorded in the factory documents. 1.7 When the single-cylinder split fuel injection pump supplies fuel at rated working conditions, the corresponding adjustment rod scale position shall comply with the product drawing and be recorded in the delivery documents. 1.8 The angular deviation between the fuel supply starting point of each cylinder of the multi-cylinder synthetic fuel injection pump at rated working conditions and the specified reference spot fuel supply starting point is ±30 (static measurement). The specified reference cylinder fuel supply starting point shall be marked with a scale line at a conspicuous place and recorded in the delivery documents. 1.9 The deviation rate of the fuel supply of the single-break split fuel injection pump shall not be greater than that specified in Table 1. Table 1 Diesel engine type Engine condition Medium speed engine Slow speed engine The fuel supply deviation rate is calculated according to formula (1). : Qt- Q. ×100% Where: n——fuel supply deviation rate %* Qu-reference fuel supply, as specified in the product drawing; Q, the actual fuel supply, g. Minimum stable working speed When the injection device matching the pump is used for adjustment test, the fuel supply deviation rate should also not exceed the provisions of Table 1. 1.10 The unevenness of the fuel supply of each cylinder of the multi-cylinder synthetic injection pump should not exceed the provisions of Table 2. Issued by the National Technical Committee for Ship Standardization on July 11, 1988, and implemented on May 1, 1984 Number of injection cylinders CB* 101.1-83 Unevenness of the fuel supply of each cylinder Rated operating speed Most stable operating speed The unevenness of the fuel supply of each cylinder is calculated according to formula (2). g ≥ 2(Vmax - Vimln) Vaax + Vmin. Where, Viax-bZxz.net The fuel injection amount of the cylinder with the largest fuel injection amount, g, and the fuel injection amount of the cylinder with the smallest fuel injection amount, g. X100% The measured fuel injection amount of each cylinder shall comply with the product sample regulations. When the fuel injector matching the pump is used for adjustment test, the unevenness of the fuel supply of each cylinder shall not exceed the regulations in Table 2. .11 There shall be no leakage in the tight places of the fuel injection pump. 1.12 After the fuel injection pump adjustment test is qualified, it shall be sealed according to the requirements of the product drawing. 1.13 The first overhaul period of the fuel injection pump shall be agreed upon by the design, manufacturing and use departments and specified in the relevant technical documents. 2 Test method 2.1 Fuel pump running-in test The fuel injection pump running-in test shall be carried out according to the product drawings and technical documents. 2.2 Fuel injection pump fuel supply adjustment test. 2.2.1 The deviation rate or unevenness of the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump shall be adjusted on a test bench with a standard (same flow characteristics) fuel injector and high-pressure tank pipe, and the fuel injector start pressure shall be adjusted to a fixed value. 2.2.2 The test oil shall adopt GB 252-81 "Light diesel oil". 2. 2.3 The oil humidity during the test is 40 ± 5℃. 2.2.4 The oil pressure of the injection pump inlet shall be kept within the range specified in the production drawings. 2.2.5 The test bench device and instrument shall meet the following requirements: The allowable fluctuation rate of the speed during the measurement time is ±1%. The accuracy of the tachometer shall not be less than 1%! The error of the cup scale to the volume shall not be greater than 1% The injection count is accurate to one time, The allowable error of the leakage measurement is ±1°C The accuracy of the pressure gauge shall not be less than Class 1.5; The total injection volume measured per cylinder shall not be less than 100ml, and the number of injections shall not be less than 100 times. The fixing mechanism of the injection pump adjustment must be firm and reliable. CB*707.1-83 2.3 When measuring the movement resistance of the injection pump adjustment rod, the adjustment rod shall be placed in the water position, and the adjustment rod shall be slowly moved in the direction of refueling or reducing oil within the full stroke range. At this time, the resistance value of the adjustment rod is measured in the axial direction, and the unit is expressed in grams. 2.4 When measuring the start of the fuel injection beam statically, the camshaft of the spray pump should be rotated slowly and steadily, and the start of the fuel injection should be determined according to the instantaneous fluctuation of the liquid level. The inner diameter of the transparent tube used for observing the surface should be 2 to 2.5 mm. 2.5 The low-pressure oil of the fuel injection pump is tested with a light diesel oil pressure of 15kgf/cm2 (1.47MPa), and it should not be drowned within 3 minutes. 3 Inspection rules 3.1 The fuel injection pump shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the requirements of this standard. 3.2 When the unit other than the manufacturer inspects the deviation rate of the fuel injection amount or the uneven degree of the fuel supply of each cylinder, the test bench shall be calibrated with the sample of the fuel injection pump provided by the manufacturer. 9.3 The ordering party has the right to require the fuel injection pump to be inspected according to this standard, but the pump shall not be disassembled. The inspection content is generally 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 or 1.10. The number of samples to be inspected shall not exceed 1% of the number of units delivered in each batch, but shall not exceed two units. If there are other requirements, they shall be agreed upon by the ordering party and the manufacturer. If one unit is found to be unqualified in the inspection result, the double number of products in the online batch shall be sampled for re-inspection. If there is still one unit that is unqualified, it shall not be accepted. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 4.1 The injection pump that has passed the inspection shall be equipped with a product nameplate in a visible position. Nameplate content: 8. Manufacturer or trademark, b. Model (non-standard diesel engine model); c. Manufacturing number d. Manufacturing date (year, month). 4.2 The injection pump shall be treated with corrosion protection and packaged. All pipe connections and outlets shall be equipped with protective wraps or sleeves to prevent dirt from entering. 4.3 The fuel injection pump that has been treated with corrosion protection and packed shall be packed together with the product certificate signed by the inspector and the factory documents (including the unsealing rules) in a moisture-proof packaging box, and the following shall be marked on the outside of the box: a. Product name; Model (non-standard model can use diesel engine model) b. Number of boxes; Packing date (year, month, day); Manufacturer or trademark; f. Transportation protection mark. 4.4 The fuel injection pump shall be protected from mechanical damage and chemical corrosion during transportation. 4.5 The fuel injection pump shall be stored in a safe warehouse and shall not be stored together with acid, alkali and other items that can cause corrosion. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer shall guarantee that it will not rust within one year from the date of leaving the factory.
