Basic storage environment conditions and test methods GB1.3 Standardization work guide Product standard writing regulations 3 Product specifications
Products are divided into: 11, 19, 32, 44, 62, 95, 140MPa according to the maximum range. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Maximum working temperature
See Table 1.
Product specifications MPa
Maximum working temperature ~
4.2 Nonlinear error
<±0.25%.
4.3 Repeatability error
Piston working stability
In the range of 20-80% of the maximum stroke of the piston, the force recovery curve does not have a peak value greater than 0.1mm sawtooth or step. 5 Test method
5.1 Test equipment
a, piston pressure gauge: basic error ±0.05%; b. Oil bath or air bath device: The upper limit temperature is higher than the maximum working temperature of the product by more than 10℃, and the temperature error is not more than 5℃. Effective depth>1.5m
5.2 Check the stability of piston working at room temperature
Use a dial indicator with a stroke of ≥100mm to check. When the piston is pumped out steadily and slowly, the dial indicator pointer should rotate evenly in the 20-80% range of the active stroke, without continuous jumping. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on July 19, 1991 and implemented on November 1, 1991
5.3 High temperature pressure test
SY 5318-91
5.3.1 Precautions for high temperature pressure test
a. Before heating, the air in the test joint must be exhausted to prevent explosion accidents; b. The heating rate should be maintained at 0.5-1℃/min, and the heating time should be no less than 40min; c. If the pressure exceeds the test point, the pressure should be quickly reduced to 1/2 of the distance between the previous test point and the test point, and then increased to the test pressure. When making the high-temperature pressure test diagram, the recording step must have a horizontal line of not less than 0.5mm. 5.3.2 Test points, pressure values and test temperatures are shown in Table 2. 5.3.3 Test equations, nonlinear errors, and repeatability error calculation formulas are shown in Appendix A (Supplement). 5.4 High-temperature working stability test of pistons This test is carried out after the test in 5.3.2 is completed. 5.4.1 Pressure recovery curve diagram See Figure 1.
Test pressure line
5.4.2 Drawing method
aA-B is the rising section, the pressure is increased by the pressure pump, and the pressure at point B is controlled at 20-50% of the full range; b. B-C is the temperature rising section, and the pressure at point C should reach 60-80% of the full range. Note: When making the pressure recovery curve, the recording assembly is driven by the 24h timer, that is, the recorded card stroke is ≥66mm/h. 5.4.3 InspectionbZxz.net

On SD2A or other card readers with the same performance, check the smoothness of the pressure recovery curve B-C, which should meet the requirements of Article 4.4. Table 2

Where A is a constant and does not change with temperature, and slope M changes with temperature. Therefore, for each test temperature, the corresponding slope must be calculated. First, calculate M (i.e., the slope of the first test temperature) according to the above formula, and the other slopes (MzM, M\·) can be obtained according to the following formula:
Wherein:
M2M, M4 are the slopes of the 2nd to 4th test temperatures respectively: D, DD, D, are the average displacements of the i-th point at the 1st to 4th calibration temperatures respectively. The temperature coefficient between each test temperature is calculated as follows: M,-M,
