GB/T19623-2004
The labor quota of urban rail transit engineering is composed of the labor quota of urban rail transit light rail engineering, the labor quota of urban rail transit underground railway engineering, the labor quota of urban rail transit communication signal engineering, the labor quota of urban rail transit power supply engineering, the labor quota of rail transit engineering machinery repair, and the labor quota of industrial manufacturing of national rail transit engineering. GB/T19623-2004 Labor quota of urban rail transit communication signal engineering is one of the labor quota of urban rail transit engineering.
Appendix A of this standard It is a normative appendix. The bid was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Labor Quotations and Staffing. The main drafting unit of this standard is China Railway Engineering Corporation. The main drafters of this standard are Lu Dejing, Wu Shenglan, Feng Xian, Zhong Xiaoguang, Jian Xiaoli, Dai Shigui, Zhang Huang, and Chen Lin. The main editors of this standard are Li Changjin, Ma Li, Wu Zelin, Wang Cheng, Xia Heping, Lu Qingli, Bai Xinyu, Xu Xiao, Wang Quan, Zeng Fanyan, Jiang Yuehong, and Chen Aiguo.
This standard is interpreted by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Labor Quotations and Staffing of China Railway Engineering. B/T196232004
This standard is formulated to guide and standardize the construction and production of urban rail transit projects, strengthen labor management and enterprises to reasonably allocate labor, and provide the main basis for the formulation of work plans; it also provides standards for the budget quota, machine unit quota and other economic quotas and financial labor cost management of urban rail transit projects.
This standard is based on the principle of "advanced, reasonable, scientific and standardized" and the construction process of urban rail transit communication and signal engineering, briefly describing the operation methods of each process (post); it specifies the labor quota, quota, machinery (equipment) conditions, employee skills and adjustment coefficient of each process (post).
