5.1 The propagation materials are provided in the form of seeds
5.2 The number of seeds submitted is at least 25 or 600 seeds. 5.3 The seeds submitted should be complete, healthy and free of disease. The seed quality requirements are as follows: 95.0 for the degree of scientific research. The yield should be 73%, and the moisture content should be ≤8%.
5.4 The submitted varieties should not be subjected to any treatment that affects the expression of the variety's traits (such as coating treatment). If any treatment is required, detailed instructions for the treatment should be provided.
5.5 The submitted varieties should comply with the relevant provisions of China's plant quarantine. 6 Test method
6.1 Test cycle
The test cycle should be at least 2 independent growth periods. 6.2 Test location
The test will be conducted at one location. If some traits cannot be fully expressed at this location, it can be conducted at other eligible locations. 6.3 Field trial
6.3.1 Test design
Please plant the varieties and nearby varieties: multiple seedlings. Each plot should be no less than 100 m tall, with a plant height of 103 m and a row length of 8 tc1-10 m. . Set up 2 replicates
6.3.2 Field management
Follow the management method of the land III cattle production: the management of each small area is strictly consistent: the same management is strictly completed. 6.4 Character observation
6.4.1 Observation period
Character observation should be carried out according to the growth stage of the mountain in Table A1, and the description of the growth stage is shown in Table 16.4.2 Observation method
Character observation should be carried out according to the observation method specified in Table A.1 (VG, VS, MG, MS). For some character observation methods, see B. and B.3.
6.4.3 Number of observations
Except as otherwise noted below, the sampling quantity for individual observed traits (VS, MS) is 20 plants. When observing organs or parts of plants, the number of samples for each plant should be: 1. When necessary, additional tests may be performed for traits not listed in this document. 7 Determination of specificity, consistency and stability of results 7.1 General principles
The determination of specificity, consistency and stability shall be carried out in accordance with the principles specified in (B/T17.1). 7.2 Determination of specificity
The variety should be clearly distinguishable from known varieties. In the test, when the variety has at least 2
significant differences from similar varieties in individual traits, it can be determined that the variety has specificity: 7.3 Determination of consistency

Use 2% of the total standard and at least 95% acceptance probability. When the sample size is small, up to 3 heteromorphic plants are allowed. 7.4 Determination of stability
If a variety is only consistent, it can be considered that the variety is stable. Generally, the next generation of seeds of the variety can be planted when the stability test is not carried out. Compared with the previous seed supply, if there is no significant change in the expression of the trait, it can be judged that the variety is stable
8 Trait table
According to the test needs, the traits are divided into basic traits and optional traits. Basic traits are traits that must be tested in the test. The basic part is shown in Table A.1
8.1 Overview
The trait table lists the trait name, expression type, expression status and corresponding code and standard variety, observation period and method, etc. 8.2 Expression Types
According to the natural expression method, traits are divided into three types: quality traits, pseudo-quality traits and quantitative traits. 8.3 Expression States and Corresponding Codes
8.3.1 Each trait is divided into a series of expression states to define the trait and standardize the description; each expression state is assigned a corresponding numeric code to facilitate the establishment and communication of digital records, processing and variety descriptions. 8.3.2 For quality traits and pseudo-quality traits, all expression states should be listed in the test guide: For quantitative traits, in order to shorten the length of the trait table, the expression state with an even number code can be omitted. The expression state with an even number code can be described as the form of the previous expression state to the next state.
8.4 Standard varieties
The character table lists the standard varieties that can be used as reference for the expression status of some traits. This helps to determine the different expression states of related traits and the differences between environmental factors and the origin.
