Punch value 4.5The working parts of the product shall be clad with tungsten carbide wear-resistant materials with a hardness of HRA89~91. The tungsten carbide particle size for milling shoes is 2~3mm and 3~5mm. The tungsten carbide particle size for grinding shoes is 3~5mm and 6.5~~8mm. 4.6The cladding wear-resistant material must be firm and the particles must be evenly distributed. 4.7According to the specified conditions, the life of the milling shoe shall not be less than 4h, and the total footage of the grinding shoe shall not be less than 6m. 4.8The thread of the joint shall be coated with thread grease and protected with thread guard. 5 Test methods and inspection rules 5.1 Test methods 5.1.1 The mechanical properties of the base material shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB228 and GB229. 5.1.2 The threads of the drill pipe joints shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of SY5290 and GB9253.1. 5.1.3 The methods and requirements for flaw detection shall be in accordance with the provisions of GR5616. 5.1.4 The particle size and particle distribution uniformity of the cladding wear-resistant material shall be inspected by visual method. The life test of milling shoes and grinding shoes shall be carried out in the following steps: 5.1.54 a. The life test shall be carried out on a simulation test bench, b. The test parameters shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. Fix the selected oil pipe on the simulation test bench, then connect the milling machine or grinder to the drill pipe of the test bench, and then mill and grind according to the drilling pressure and speed specified in Table 5. After the test, check that its life and total footage should comply with the provisions of Article 4.7. 5.2 Inspection rules The product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and issued with a certificate of conformity before it can leave the factory. 5.2.1 Factory inspection Before the product leaves the factory, 5 pieces shall be selected for every 100 pieces, and 1 piece shall be selected for less than 20 pieces. The cladding quality inspection shall be carried out according to Article 5 and 1.4. If one piece fails, the sampling shall be doubled. If there is still one piece that fails, it shall be inspected piece by piece. 5.2.2 Type inspection SY 5285-91 In any of the following situations, one piece of product shall be selected for type inspection: a: New product or major change in structure: b. Major change in product material and process! c. The cumulative production batch reaches 200 pieces. 5.2.3 Type test items The sharp shoe is the life test, and the grinding shoe is the total footage test. The test method shall be carried out according to Article 61.5. 6 Marking, packaging, storage 6.1 The product shall be marked in the marking bottle as follows: a: Product model and joint thread code, b. Manufacturer's name or trademark c. Product number and year and month of manufacture. 6.2 Products shall be packaged in accordance with the provisions of SY5309. 6.3 Product factory technical documents include: a. Product certificate: b. Instruction manual c. Packing list. 6.4 Products shall be packed in boxes and marked as follows on the outside of the boxes: a. Name and address of the consignee: b. Year and month of manufacture. 6.5 Products shall be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. Quality guarantee period If the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, within 12 months from the date of product delivery, if the normal use of the grinding shoes and grinding shoes is affected by manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer shall repair or replace them free of charge.
