This standard is a revision of 5Y/F'527U91 "Technical regulations for the design of high-pressure water injection pipe fittings". The main contents of this revision are as follows:

According to the format of the first unit of the standard drafting and table construction rules of the G book T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work", Part 1: Basic requirements for standard writing: 2. This standard specifies the materials, strength design, non-cabinet inspection and pressure test requirements for elbows, tees, reducers, pipe heads and other fittings for oil and gas high pressure water.
This standard is applicable to general fittings for water with a design pressure of 1035MF%, a nominal diameter of 10-30mm, and a design temperature of 4-100C.
2 Reference standards

3.1.1 The steel materials used for constant pressure water injection pipe fittings shall meet the relevant regulations of this standard. 3.1.2 The key to selecting commercial pressure water injection pipe fittings shall be to consider the use efficiency of the pipe fittings (such as design pressure, design temperature, individual characteristics, etc.), the welding performance of the material, the manufacturing process and economic rationality. 3.1.3 The steel materials used for constant pressure water injection pipe fittings shall be smelted in open-hearth furnace, electric furnace or gas-carrying converter, and the technical requirements of the steel materials shall not be in accordance with the relevant national standards, industry standards or relevant technical conditions. 3.1.4 The steel materials for high pressure water injection single pieces shall be accompanied by steel The steel production unit shall provide the steel product quality certificate, and the pipe fittings manufacturing unit shall accept the steel product and conduct re-inspection if necessary.
