5.1.1 The manufacturing quality of castings, welded parts, machined parts and painted parts of the products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842 and QB/T1588.1, QB/T1588.2 and QB/T1588.4. 5.1.2 Standard parts and purchased parts of products shall be purchased and used in accordance with relevant national standards, industry standards (or professional standards), and shall be inspected and qualified or have a certificate of conformity.
5.2 Assembly quality
5.2.1 The installation of the line body shall meet the following requirements: a.
The straightness of the guide rail is 1/1000;
The joint gap of the guide rail (including the workbench panel) is not greater than 2mm; The upper and lower misalignment errors of the guide rail (including the workbench panel) when splicing are not greater than 0.5mm. The installation of the transmission system shall meet the following requirements: 5.2.2
When the chain and sprocket are assembled and running, the chain and sprocket shall be evenly engaged, and there shall be no sticking and chain climbing; the conveyor belt (curtain, net) shall be appropriately tensioned; during operation, the belt (curtain, net) deviation shall not exceed 10mm. 5.3 Machine performance
5.3.1 The working temperature in the drying tunnel, hot box, atomizing chamber and cold box should be able to reach the specified values ​​in Table 2 within 0.5-~1h after the machine is turned on. 5.3.2 The working temperature in the drying tunnel, hot box, atomizing chamber and cold box should be uniform, and the temperature difference of the working parts in each section of the same temperature zone should not exceed 5℃; the error between the temperature displayed by the electronic control and the actual temperature should not exceed 5℃. 5.3.3 The running speed of the hopper and conveyor line should reach the specified value in Table 2 and can be steplessly adjusted. 170

5.3.4 The refrigeration system works stably, the temperature control is normal, and the number of starts per hour is not more than 5 times. 5.3.5 The relative humidity of the atomizing spray is not more than 85%, and there should be no dripping. 5.3.6 When the exhaust device is working, the airflow direction of the workstation window should be towards the inside of the machine. 5.3.7 When the exhaust device is not working, the noise of the whole machine operation shall not exceed the sound power level of 105dB (A). 5.3.8 The performance of the electrical system shall comply with the relevant provisions of Articles 13.1 to 13.3 of GB/T5226. 5.3.9 The operation of the whole machine shall meet the following requirements:
The hopper (hanging basket) and the conveyor line shall operate smoothly without any impact sound; a.
The rotating parts shall operate flexibly, lightly and without any jamming phenomenon; b.
The fasteners shall be connected reliably without any looseness. c.
5.4 Appearance quality
5.4.1 The appearance shall be flat, and the decorative lines shall be clear-cut, beautiful and generous. 5.4.2 The electrical wiring and exhaust pipes shall be arranged neatly. 5.4.3 The paint color shall be harmonious and shiny.
6 Test method
6.1 For the test of 5.2.1a, pull a straight line (steel wire with a diameter of less than 1mm) close to two high points on the side of the guide rail, and use a steel ruler to measure the maximum distance between the guide rail and the straight line.
6.2 For the test of 5.2.1b, use a feeler gauge. 6.3 For the test of 5.2.1c, use a height vernier caliper to measure. 6.4 For the test of 5.2.2 and 5.3.9, use

Operation test, adjust the machine to the working state according to the procedures specified in the product manual, run continuously for not less than 2h, and use the sensory method b.
Load test, load objects with the same mass as the workpiece on the hopper (basket) or conveyor line, run continuously for not less than 2h (can be combined with the operation test), and use the sensory method to test; C. Test according to the method of 6.5 and take the maximum deviation value. 6.7 For the test of 5.3.3, adjust the running speed to low speed, medium speed and high speed, run more than twice (each time, the hopper or hanging basket, conveyor belt should run more than one circle), use a stopwatch to record the running time of a predetermined length, and then calculate according to the following formula. t-time required to pass the predetermined running length, min. 6.8 For the inspection of 5.3.4, use the timer to count and calculate. 6.9 For the inspection of 5.3.5, use the hygrometer to test and observe whether there is any dripping. 6.10 For the inspection of 5.3.6, manually adjust the belt at the workstation window and observe whether it is sucked into the machine. 6.11 For 5.3.7. The inspection of Article 5.3.8 shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in GB7612. 6.12 The inspection of Article 5.3.8 shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in Articles 13.1 to 13.5 of GB/T5226. 6.13 The technical requirements of the remaining articles shall be tested by sensory methods. 6.14 Test methods other than those in this standard may also be used if they can achieve the same evaluation results as above. In case of any dispute, the test methods specified in this standard shall be used for arbitration.
7 Inspection Rules

7.1 The bottom conveyor line shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and issued with a certificate of conformity before it can leave the factory. 7.2 Factory Inspection
7.2.1 The manufacturer is responsible for the installation and commissioning of this product at the user's factory, and the manufacturer's installation team will conduct inspections together with the user's representative in accordance with 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.3.1, 5.3.2.5.3.9 and 5.4 of this standard. 7.2.2 After passing the factory inspection, fill in two copies of the "Product Installation Certificate", signed by representatives of both parties and sealed by both parties. 7.2.3 After the signed "Product Installation Certificate", one copy shall be submitted to the user factory as a supplementary document to the "Product Certificate", and one copy shall be taken back to the manufacturer as an inspection record for archiving.
7.3 Type Inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. 7.3.1
When there are major changes in product structure, materials, processes, etc.; b.
When the cumulative output reaches more than 50 units (pieces) in two years of normal production; when production is resumed after more than one year of suspension; when the national quality supervision and inspection department puts forward quality inspection requirements. The type inspection items are all technical requirements of this standard. 7.3.2
Type inspection randomly selects one (piece) or two (pieces) from the qualified products of factory inspection, and the inspection results shall all comply with the regulations of this standard. 7.3.3
7.3.4 Judgment rules
If a certain item of type inspection is unqualified, it is allowed to be repaired within a limited time and double sampling is carried out to reach qualification; if it is still unqualified, the batch of products can be judged as unqualified.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
8.1 Each product (item) shall be fixed with product labels and other signs in obvious places, and the contents generally include the following: a,
Product model and name:
, main technical parameters of the product;
Factory number and date;
Registered trademark.
8.2 The packaging of the product shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842. 8.3 The loading and transportation of the product shall be handled with care and it is strictly forbidden to stack or invert it. 8.4 The product shall be stored in a non-corrosive, ventilated and dry warehouse. If it is stored for more than one year, it shall be unpacked for re-inspection, and the re-inspection items shall be the same as the factory inspection requirements.
