Solid photosensitive resin film relief plate
Solid type photopolymer plateHG/T 2910—1997
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, marking, labeling and packaging of solid photosensitive resin relief plate (hereinafter referred to as solid plate) coated with a photosensitive resin layer with polyvinyl alcohol as the main body on a polyester or epoxy resin support and using water as the developer. This standard does not apply to solid plates with metal supports; nor does it apply to solid plates with a photosensitive resin layer with polyamide or polyurethane as the main body.

3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions,
Plastic Shore hardness test method (negISO868—78) 3.1 Post-exposure
After the solid plate is covered with film for drying, developing and drying, in order to improve the hardness of the relief image during printing, it is exposed to ultraviolet light again without covering the film
3.2 Independent points
After plate making, the convex points on the plate are not connected with the convex images on other parts and exist independently. 3.3 Independent lines
After plate making, the convex lines on the plate are not connected with the convex images on other parts and exist independently. 3.4 Exposure latitude
The interval between the longest exposure time and the shortest exposure time, measured in minutes, when the image quality requirements specified in this standard are met. 4 Requirements

Exposure latitude
5.1. Pretreatment of samples for physical properties and photosensitivity tests. 5.1.1. Before testing all samples, the protective film on the photosensitive resin layer should be torn off. The length difference between the two pairs of perl lines should be
0. 85-2. 00 mm
0. 60 ~ 1. 50 m
35N/cm
133 L / 25. 4 mm
5%~95% dots are complete
Diameter greater than or equal to 200 μm is complete
Width greater than or equal to is complete, not bent
5.1.2 For the test specimens of hardness and photosensitive properties, the protective film should be removed and the solid plate making machine should be used to make the plate according to the conditions recommended by the manufacturer for the light mixing, drying and post-exposure. Then make the test again. If the manufacturer does not recommend the conditions, make the plate according to the following conditions. IG/T 29101997
5.1.2.1 Exposure conditions
Special plate-making characteristic test strip Maximum density 3.0, minimum density ≤0.05, can measure resolution ≥133L/25.4mm and 5%~95% dot reproduction ability,
Light source 13 20W black light lamps
Dawn light distance 6cm
Exposure time 10 min
5.1.2.2 Development conditionsWww.bzxZ.net
Developer tap water
Developing temperature 35±5℃
Developing method and degree of development After the development starts, the polyamide brush of the plate-making machine is brushed until the support is exposed. 5.1.2.3 Drying conditions
The temperature is 60-100℃ hot air, until the plate surface is not sticky. 5.1.2.4 Post-exposure conditions
Except that the special plate-making characteristic test strip is not covered, the other conditions are the same as 5.1.2.1.5.2 Size
Measure with a steel ruler with an accuracy of 0.5mn.
5.3 Appearance
Observe with the naked eye under the yellow safety light. The resin layer should be flat and smooth, without obvious ink sinking, scratches, gas, and dirty spots. 5.4 The difference between the product stop and the base of the same plate is measured with a micrometer or other thickness gauge with the same accuracy. When measuring the product thickness, take a point about 2cm away from each of the four sides for measurement, and the average of the four measured values is used: the thickness difference of the same plate is expressed as the maximum value minus the minimum value of the four measuring points. 5.5 Resin layer thickness
Except for the determination of the resin layer after it is peeled off from the support, the rest of the determination and calculation shall be made in accordance with the method for measuring product thickness in 5.4. 5.6 High peeling strength
Cut three unexposed samples, each with a width of 10.0mm±0.5mm and a length of about 100mm. Peel off the photosensitive layer from one end of the support, about 30mm long. Fix the peeling end on the lower end of a tubular dynamometer with an ultimate load of 20N and a minimum graduation value of 0.5N. Place the test sample flat on the table, press both sides of the peeling position with your hands, and use your other hand to pull the dynamometer upward at a uniform speed of about 300mm/min in a direction perpendicular to the table. Read the dynamometer reading and take the average value of the three sample values.
5.7 Hardness
Use a Shore A durometer to directly measure the hardness of the photosensitive layer after platemaking under the conditions of 5.1.2 according to the method specified in GB/T2411 (the photosensitive layer is not separated from the support). Measure one point on each side, about 2cm away from the edge, and take the average value of the four points.
5.8 Resolution, dot reproduction, independent dots, independent lines After making plates according to the conditions of 5, 1, 2, observe the sample image with a 10x magnifying glass without a scale ruler. The resolution in H is the highest resolution that can clearly distinguish the black velvet and white lines. The continuous line without breaks should be used as the standard for judgment. 5.9 Exposure tolerance
Use a special plate-making characteristic test strip as a negative film and try to make plates according to the conditions specified in 5.1.2, but the exposure time of each sample is different (based on the recommended exposure time, increase or decrease every 0.5min). Then observe with a magnifying glass with a 10x scale ruler. When the resolution, dot reproduction, independent dots, and independent lines all meet the requirements of this standard, the longest exposure time and the shortest exposure time are the exposure tolerance.
6 Marking, labeling, packaging
6. 1 Marking, labeling
HG/T2910—1997
A label should be affixed to the outside of the product packaging box, indicating the product name, support type, specification, production date, shelf life, photosensitive resin batch number, manufacturer, registered trademark, and implementation standard number. At the same time, the packaging box should have the signs of "handle with care, moisture-proof, sun-proof, and pressure-proof" in accordance with GB191.
6.2 Packaging
6.2.1 Packaging
Every 10 to 20 plates should be wrapped in a black light-proof plastic bag and placed in a paper box. The product certificate and instruction manual should be placed in the box. 6.2.2 Storage and transportation of packages
The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and the storage temperature should not exceed 25°C. The plate should be placed vertically. If it is flat, the stacking height should not exceed 1 meter:
During transportation, it should be protected from moisture, gnaw, and handled with care to prevent damage to the resin layer. 6.2.3 Quality assurance
Under the transportation conditions specified in this standard and normal use conditions (see Appendix A), the shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production, and the printing life is not less than 200,000 times. Appendix (shown in the attached dishes)
Precautions for using the product
A1 Before plate making, the product surface must not be exposed to water. A2 The product should be used under yellow safety light. Before plate making, the product should be avoided as much as possible from non-safety light, especially light and ultraviolet light.
A3 The relative humidity of the environment suitable for the product is not more than 80%. A4 Before each batch of plates is used. It is advisable to test the optimal plate making conditions first and then use them according to these conditions. People's Republic of China
