3.1 General technical requirements
3.1.1 Grass mills shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The dimensional limit deviation of parts without tolerances shall be manufactured and accepted in accordance with Js13, H13 and h13 in GB1804 for the dimensions of machined surfaces; and in accordance with Js17, H17 and h17 in GB1804 for the dimensions of non-machined surfaces. 3.1.3 The operating temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 25°C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 55°C. 3.2 Main performance indicators
When the moisture content of forage is less than 15% and the sieve diameter is 3mm, the main performance indicators of the grass mill shall comply with the provisions of Table 1: Table 1

3.3.1 Hammer

The basic dimensions of the hammer shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 2, and its shape can be made into a rectangle or a step shape. Table 2

3.3.1.2 The hammer can be made of No. 10, No. 20 steel or 65Mn steel with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB699. Other materials are also allowed, but they must not be lower than the requirements specified in Article 3.3.1.3. 3.3.1.3 The hardness of the quenching zone of the hammer is 56~62HRC, and the hardness of the non-quenching zone must not be lower than 28.HRC. When No. 10 steel or No. 20 steel is used for manufacturing, carburizing heat treatment should be carried out first. When the thickness of the hammer is 3~4mm, the depth of the carburized layer is 0.5~0.7mm; when the thickness is 5~6mm, the depth of the carburized layer is 0.8~1.2mm.
3.3.1.4 After heat treatment, the hammer plate shall not have cracks, and its distortion shall not exceed 1mm. 3.3.2 Screen
The basic dimensions of the screen plate shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1 in GB3943. 3.3.2.2
The screen plate shall be made of No. 20 steel in accordance with the provisions of GB699. The heat treatment of the screen plate shall comply with the recommended process and requirements in Appendix A of GB3943. The working surface of the screen plate shall be flat, and cracks, peeling, scars and rust are not allowed. There shall be no breakage, continuous punching, punching failure and missed punching. 3.3.3 Bearing seat
3.3.3.1 The material with mechanical properties not lower than HT150 specified in GB9439 shall be used. 3.3.3.2 The bearing hole shall be manufactured according to K7 specified in GB1801, and the maximum allowable value of its surface roughness R is 3.2um. 3.3.3.3 The parallelism tolerance of the center line of the bearing hole to the bottom plane is Grade 8 as specified in GB1184. 3.3.3.4 The verticality tolerance of the end face of the bearing seat to the bottom plane is Grade 8 as specified in GB1184. 3.3.4 Spindle
3.3.4.1 It shall be made of 45# steel specified in GB699 or 40Cr steel specified in GB3077. 3.3.4.2 The matching part with the rolling bearing shall be made according to k6 specified in GB1801, and the maximum allowable value of its surface roughness R. is 1.6um, the coaxiality tolerance with the reference axis is Grade 9 as specified in GB1184, and the shoulder end face runout is Grade 8. 3.3.4.3 The main shaft and the pulley matching part are manufactured according to f7 specified in GB1801, and the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness R is 3.2um; the coaxiality tolerance with the reference axis of the bearing installation part is grade 9 specified in GB1184, and the shoulder end face runout is grade 8. 3.3.4.4 After the main shaft is quenched and tempered, the hardness is 225251HB. 3.3.5 Pin
3.3.5.1 It should be made of 45 steel specified in GB699. 3.3.5.2 After quenching and tempering, the hardness is 298~349HB. 3.3.6 For grass powder machines equipped with feeding mechanism or cutting mechanism, the technical requirements of its feeding mechanism or cutting mechanism shall comply with the provisions of NJ312. 3.4 Technical requirements for general assembly
3.4.1 The hammers are selected by weight, and the weight difference between any two sets of hammers should not exceed 5g. 3.4.2 When the ratio of the rotor width to the rotor diameter is less than 0.2, the rotor (without hammer, but with pin and spacer) shall be subjected to static balance test; when the ratio of the rotor width to the rotor diameter is greater than 0.2, the rotor shall be subjected to dynamic balance test, and the accuracy level shall be G16. 3.4.3 The hammer installed on the rotor shall be able to rotate freely around the pin under the action of its own weight. The motor pulley, the main shaft pulley and the fan shall be subjected to static balance test respectively, and the accuracy level shall be G16. 3.4.4
Exposed transmission parts must be equipped with safety protection devices, and the direction of spindle rotation shall be marked with arrows. 3.4.5
3.4.6 All fasteners must be tightened, and looseness is not allowed to ensure safety and reliability. 3.4.7
The screen shall be reliably fixed in the working position. The upper and lower bodies shall be tightly combined, and powder is not allowed during operation. All parts shall be qualified after inspection, and purchased parts and cooperative parts must have a certificate of conformity before assembly. The machine should run normally and smoothly, without any abnormal sound, and the operating device should be flexible and reliable. 3.4.10
The painted surface should meet the quality index requirements of TQ-1-BP or TQ-1-NP in NJ/Z3. It is allowed to select paint and color according to the user's requirements, but the quality of the paint shall not be lower than the standard requirements. 3.4.11
All bearings should be filled with No. 3 or No. 4 calcium-based grease. 4 Test method
The test of grass mill shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6971. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
5.1.1 The grass mill shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer and the product certificate shall be issued before it can be shipped. 5.1.2 Check whether the full set of equipment of the grass mill is complete and whether the supporting equipment meets the requirements according to the instruction manual. 5.1.3 Inspection items:
, each grass grinder must be tested for idling at rated speed before leaving the factory, and the running time must not be less than 15 minutes. It must also meet the requirements of Articles 3.1.3, 3.4.6, 3.4.8, 3.4.10 and 3.4.12 of this standard; b. The safety device must meet the requirements of Article 3.4.5 of this standard; the appearance quality must meet the requirements of Article 3.4.11 of this standard. c
5.2 Type test

When any of the following conditions are met, the product shall be subjected to type test: 5.2.1
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, a type test shall be conducted once every three years; when the product is discontinued for one year and production is resumed;
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. Type inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the items specified in Articles 3.2 and 3.4 of this standard. 5.2.3
The inspection batch is 1 to 8 units, from which 2 units are randomly selected. 5.2.42
If one item in 3.2 and 3.4.5 is unqualified or 6 items in the remaining items are unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
5.3 Random inspection
5.3.1 For products produced in batches, at least 1 unit shall be selected each year for performance test in accordance with the provisions of GB6971, and the results shall comply with the provisions of this standard.
5.3.2 When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of product quality, the number of random inspections shall be 1% of the number of units delivered in each batch, but shall not be less than 2 units, or shall be determined by negotiation between the ordering unit and the manufacturer. If one item in the random inspection result is unqualified, double the number of products shall be sampled for re-inspection; if there are still unqualified items, all products shall be repaired and resubmitted for acceptance.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
The product label should be fixed on the obvious position of the grass mill. The size and technical requirements of the label should comply with the provisions of JB8. The content of the label should include:
Manufacturer name;
Product name and model:
Matching power, spindle speed and machine weight; Product manufacturing number;
Product manufacturing date.
6.2 Packaging
Each grass mill should be packaged with appropriate materials under conditions suitable for land and water transportation, loading and unloading, and to ensure that the product is intact and not damaged.
The accessories, spare parts and tools supplied with the machine should be complete. And attached:6.2.2
Product certificate:
Product manual;
Packing list;
Product quality user feedback form.
6.3 Transportation
Any means of transportation can be adopted under the condition of ensuring safety, not damaging the machine and not losing random items. 6.4 Storage
6.4.1 When stored indoors, there should be good ventilation and moisture-proof measures. 6.4.2 When stored outdoors, the bottom should be supported and rainproof measures should be taken. 7 Quality Assurance Period
If the user unit complies with the installation, use and storage regulations of the grass powder machine specified by the manufacturer, within one year from the date of purchase, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair, replacement and refund (except for normal damage of parts).
