5.1 Sample requirements
The product can only be taken as a sample after 24 hours of demoulding. Parts above 400nm
5.2 Small deviation
Specification size inspection is measured by a universal measuring tool with an accuracy of 1mm. The length and width are measured on the box body 11. The length and width of the sample are the maximum lengths of the two connecting lines of the four corner arcs and the straight edge intersection points of its outer shape (see Figure 1). When calculating the protruding length of the sample, the values of the two curved ends of the end hands should be added. The high measuring block should be at the four corners, and the result is the maximum value of the four values. Accurate to 1mm. t
Figure! Schematic diagram of the specification measurement of bottled wine and beverage boxes 5.3 Mass deviation
Use a general scale with a sensitivity of 5g to weigh and calculate the percentage value with the approved mass. 5.4 Appearance
Measured daily under natural light conditions.
5.5.1 Stacking coordination
Put a box on a flat ground and another box on it. After the coordination parts are aligned, the two boxes can be stacked normally and are qualified. Take 3! The sample can be exchanged.
5.5.2 Anti-slip stacking
Empty boxes are stacked on a flat ground with a stack height of not less than 2m. One side (short side) of the bottom of the box is raised and the bottom of the box forms an angle of 5° with the ground plane. Slippage is not allowed. 5.6 Deformation
Use a universal measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.05mm to measure the base. 5.6.1 Side wall deformation rate
See Figure 2 for the measuring piece method. After finding the point with the maximum deformation on the test surface of the sample, make the direction of the ruler parallel to the plane of the box opening, let the vertical plane be perpendicular to the test surface, and measure the distance from the lower end of the ruler to the point as the side wall deformation △L of the test surface. Select the length of the ruler to be consistent with the length of the point line of the test surface. The side wall deformation rate A of the test surface of the sample is calculated according to formula (1). A

5.6.2 Deformation of inner compartment
The box is placed horizontally, and an empty bottle is placed in the middle of the opening of any inner compartment. If the bottle can automatically slide into the inner compartment without external force, the box is qualified.
5.7 Drop
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T4857.5. 3 samples each. 5.7. Drop in a box at room temperature
At room temperature, lift the sample with simulated bottles (such as plastic bottles) to the specified height, keep the bottom of the sample parallel to the impact surface, and then drop it from the height for 3 consecutive times for inspection. The number of simulated bottles is consistent with the number of spaces in the sample. The weight of the simulated bottles and the drop height are specified in Table 4.

5.7.2 Drop of empty box at low temperature
The sample is placed in a 10±2C environment for 4h, then lifted to a height of 2m, dropped from this height, and a set of long sides, short sides and their angles on the bottom of the sample are placed on the ground in turn, and each drop is 1 time. The drop should be completed within 10min. 5.8 Stacking
Take 3 samples and carry out according to the provisions of GB/T4857.3. Place an empty box with the mouth facing upwards, and the total amount of the loading plate and the weight is 2500N. The load duration is 72h. Measure the height change △h of the loading plate at the midpoint of the two long sides of the mouth of the sample box, accurate to ().(01mm. The box height change rate C is calculated according to formula (2). Where: (sample height change rate, %;

Lifting equipment;
The hook is bent from a 70mm wide steel plate with sufficient strength (see Figure 3); the lifting rope has a small elongation rope (such as a multi-strand polypropylene rope with a diameter of 8mm); the weight weighs 60 kg.
5.9.2 Test steps
(2))
Take 3 samples. At room temperature, hook the end of the sample with a hook, so that the angle of the rope is 60°±3°, and the sample is evenly hooked with a weight of 60kg (see Figure 4), then lifted off the ground in a balanced manner and start timing. When 10 minutes have passed, lower the sample, remove the hook, and inspect it. 21

6.1 Batch
Products of the same specification, color, and brand of raw materials are considered a batch, with a maximum batch of 10,000. 6.2 Sampling
The secondary inspection plan of GB2828 is used for dimensional deviation, quality deviation, appearance, and printing deformation, and the general inspection level 1 is sampled according to the provisions of Table 5. Samples of other inspection items are randomly selected from the batch. 6.3 Inspection classification
6.3.1 Factory inspection
The factory inspection items are dimensional deviation, quality deviation, appearance, deformation, fit, drop and printing. 6.3.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: when new products or old products are transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; h.
When there are major changes in raw materials and processes and when new molds are put into production; when the product is stopped for a long time and production is resumed; under normal production conditions, once every 6 months; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the superior quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.4 Judgment rules
6.4.1 Judgment of sample units
Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4.1 to 4.4 and Article 4.7. If all items are qualified, the sample unit is qualified. 6.4.2 Determination of qualified batches
6.4.2.1 For dimensional deviation, quality deviation, appearance, deformation, and printing, the AQL value is 6.5 according to the provisions of GB2828 to determine whether the batch of products is qualified or not (see Table 5). And according to the changes in the inspection results, the sampling plan is adjusted according to the transfer rules specified in GB2828. 6.4.2.2 If both the two tests of matching are qualified, the matching performance is qualified. If one test is unqualified, the matching performance is unqualified and the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
6.4.2.3 If all the tests of physical properties are qualified, the physical properties are qualified; in the first test of physical properties, if all the samples of any item meet the requirements, the item is qualified. If there are unqualified products and the number does not exceed 1, the second test is carried out on the item. If no unqualified products are produced, the item is still judged to be qualified, otherwise it is judged to be unqualified. When one of the physical properties is unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. Table 5
