This standard applies to the appearance quality requirements of rubber seals and their pressure rings, support rings and retaining rings on the piston and piston rod of the pressure reducing cylinder 2 Reference standard
GB10708 Structural dimension series of reciprocating rubber seals 3 Classification
3.1 In order to facilitate the specification of appearance quality, reciprocating rubber seals, pressure rings, support rings and retaining rings are divided into the following four categories. 3.1.1 Rubber seals, such as Y-shaped rubber seals, mountain-shaped rubber seals, rubber dustproof seals, etc. 3.1.2 Fabric-sandwiched rubber sealing surface, such as V-shaped rubber sealing diaphragm, shaped rubber sealing pattern, shaped rubber sealing ring, etc. 3.1.3 Rubber sealing ring with metal skeleton, such as rubber dustproof sealing pattern with metal frame, etc. 3.1.4 Compression ring, support ring and retaining ring
3.2 The surface of reciprocating rubber sealing ring is divided into working surface and non-working surface. The working surface is shown in the figure. Approved by the Technical Supervision Bureau on December 22, 1994, and implemented on October 1, 1995

3.3 Quality grade According to the appearance quality requirements of reciprocating rubber seals, they are divided into two grades: qualified products and first-class products. 4 Appearance quality
4.1 Rubber seals
4.1.1 Appearance quality of working surface The working surface should be flat and smooth, and no pores, impurities, cracks, bubbles, scratches, or axial flow marks are allowed. 4.1.2 Appearance quality of non-working surface The appearance defects and quality requirements of non-working surface are listed in Table 1. D in Table 1 is the outer diameter of the sealing cavity of the sealing ring. Its value and meaning are shown in GB/T10708. 15325-94
