Coal Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Connecting rod tail Tools for hydraulic rock drills in coal mines 1 Subject content and scope of application MT/T516.5--1995 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of connecting rod tails (hereinafter referred to as "drill tails") for hydraulic rock drills in coal mines. This standard applies to tails for hydraulic rock drills in coal mines. 2 Reference standards GB/T230Metallic Rockwell hardness test method GB6247Terms and terms of rock drilling machinery and pneumatic toolsMT198General technical conditions for hydraulic rock drills for coal mines·MT/T516.1Drill tool wave thread for hydraulic rock drills for coal mines3 Terms Drill tail life The cumulative length of drilling holes from the start of drilling to the failure of the drill tail when the drill tail is used with the hydraulic rock drill under the field or laboratory conditions specified in this standard (m). 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The drill tail shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2The connection form of the drill tail for the center water supply hydraulic rock drill and the rotary part of the hydraulic rock drill is a six-tooth spline, and the part connected to the drill rod is a left-hand internal wave thread with a nominal diameter of 32 mm. The connection form of the drill tail for side water supply hydraulic rock drill and the rotary part of the hydraulic rock drill is an eight-tooth spline, and the connection form with the connecting rod sleeve is a left-handed external wave thread with a nominal diameter of 38mm. The drill tails for central water supply and side water supply are shown in Figures 1 and 2. 4.3 The basic size requirements of the six-tooth spline and the eight-tooth spline shall comply with the provisions of Figures 3 and 4. 4.4 The size of the wave thread shall comply with the requirements of MT/T516.1. 4.5 The surface hardness of the drill tail is HRC52~~58. 4.6 There shall be no cracks and other harmful defects on the surface of the drill tail. 4.7 The service life of the drill tail shall not be less than 2500m. 4.7.1 The drill tail shall be deemed to have failed when one of the following conditions occurs: a. The drill tail is broken; The wave thread of the drill tail is seriously worn; The depth of the depression on the impact surface of the needle drill tail is greater than 0.5mm. Approved by the Ministry of Coal Industry of the People’s Republic of China on 1995-12-28 242 Implementation on 1996-05-01 60 ± 0.2 MT/T 516.5--1995 Figure 1 Schematic diagram of electric central water supply drill tail Figure 2 Schematic diagram of side water injection drill tail 13.3h13(-.) 1/1130 #57h12(-8) Figure 3 Basic requirements for six-tooth spline 5 Test method 5.1 The appearance quality of the drill tail shall be inspected visually. MT/T 516.5-1995 Figure 4 Basic requirements for eight-tooth spline 5.2 The geometric dimensions of the drill tail are measured by measuring tools, templates, special ring gauges and screw gauges; 5.3 The hardness of the drill tail is measured at three points in its circular direction according to the requirements of GB230 "Metallic Rockwell Hardness Test Method". 5.4 The life test of the needle tail shall be carried out in the following way: 5.4.1 The test is carried out by continuous drilling on the coal mine rock tunnel excavation working face with a rock uniaxial compressive strength of 70 to 120 MPa or on a test bench with similar rock conditions. 5.4.2 The hydraulic rock drill used shall be a hydraulic rock drill for coal mines that complies with the provisions of MT198. 5.4.3 When inspecting the life of the drill tail, the hydraulic rock drill shall be operated under rated working conditions. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection of shank tail products is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection is conducted by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and type inspection is conducted by the product quality supervision and inspection agency. 6.2 Each batch of shank tails shall be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department, and a product inspection certificate shall be attached. 6.3 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: a. Trial products of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; when the structure, materials and process of the formally produced products have major changes that may affect the product performance; products in normal production shall be inspected once a year; 244 MT/T 516.5---1995 d. When the product has been discontinued for more than two years due to some reason and has resumed production; e When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the previous type inspection results. 6.4 The factory inspection and type inspection items of the product are shown in the table. Table Inspection items Technical requirementsbzxZ.net Inspection methods Inspection categories 6.5 Type test Each batch shall not be less than 2 pieces, and the service life shall be the average life of each sample. During factory inspection, hardness test shall be sampled at 1% of the batch, but each batch shall not be less than 3 pieces. If there are unqualified products, double sampling shall be carried out. If they are unqualified again, double sampling shall be carried out again. If there are still unqualified products after the second doubling, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 The packaging of the shank tail shall be firm and reliable, and the total weight of each box shall not exceed 30kg. 7.2 The packaging box of the shank tail shall be marked with: Manufacturing unit; Product name; Product specifications and models; Quantity, Factory date. 7.3 Each batch of drill tails must be accompanied by a product certificate indicating: a manufacturing unit; product specifications and models; factory inspection date; type inspection unit and inspection report number. 7.4 During transportation, drill tails should be stored carefully and the packaging should not be damaged; during storage, they should be kept moisture-proof and the packaging should not be disassembled at will.
