3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Cordon
Color fastness to artificial light: Xenon arc

4.1 Classification
4.1.1 According to the length of the cordon, it is divided into 60m, 120m and 240m. 4.1.2 According to the different materials of the belt body, it is divided into Type A, Type B and Type C. Type A: Textile material without reflective material; approved by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China on December 24, 2001 and implemented on June 1, 2002
Type B: Textile material with reflective material; Type C: Plastic material.

5.1 Requirements for the belt body of the warning tape
5.1.1 Specifications
The length is divided into three types: 60m, 120m, and 240m. The length shall not be less than the nominal value. The width is 50mm±2mm.
5.1.2 Appearance
The warning tape has uniform texture, neat edges, no burrs, no bumps, smooth and round, and clear icons and handwriting. 5.1.3 Text, icons, fonts, colors
5.1.3.1 The body of the warning tape is made of alternating white and light yellow parallelogram segments, with an α angle of 50°. The lengths of the white segments are 200mm, 230mm, and 140mm respectively, and the lengths of the yellow segments are all 140mm. The words “Police” and “POLICE” and the “” icon are printed in bright red on the white segments, as shown in Figure 1. POLICE

5.1.3.2 The font of "Police" adopts the simplified Chinese boldface specified in the "Chinese Character Simplification Scheme" officially promulgated and promoted by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, with a character height of 40mm, a character width of 38mm, and a character spacing of 25mm; the font of "POLICE" adopts the boldface of English capital letters, with a letter height of 40mm and a total word width of 120mm; \\The icon adopts the pattern of the pedestrian prohibition sign in GB5768-1999, and is reduced in the same proportion to an outer circle diameter of 40mm. The text and icon are printed in the center of the white color segment. 5.1.3.3 The red color of text and icons shall comply with 62R03 in GSBG51001-1994; the light yellow color shall comply with 48Y06 in GSBG51001-1994; and the white color shall comply with 3.4 in GB/T3181-1995. 5.1.4 Reflection coefficient
The reflection coefficient of the reflective part of the B-type material shall not be less than 70. 5.1.5 Tensile breaking properties
5.1.5.1 Breaking strength
Strength in the warp direction (entire cordon): ≥600N. 5.1.5.2 Elongation at break
Elongation at break in the warp direction (entire cordon): ≤25%. 5.1.6 Color fastness to washing
Color fastness to washing ≥Grade 3.
5.1.7 Color fastness to light
Color fastness to light ≥ Grade 3-4.
5.1.8 Color fastness to rubbing
Color fastness to rubbing ≥ Grade 2.
5.2 Requirements for storage and release boxes
5.2.1 The surface shall be free of blemishes, rust and obvious scratches. 5.2.2 The operation shall be convenient and the rotation shall be flexible when the warning tape is stored and released. 5.3 Requirements for pillars

5.3.2 The height of the pillar shall be 1 to 1.2 m, and the top shall have a structure for hanging the warning tape, and the base shall be stable. 6 Inspection methods
6.1 Inspection methods for the body of the warning tape
6.1.1 Appearance inspection
Inspect in accordance with FZ/T43011.
6.1.2 Dimensions
Measure with measuring tools of corresponding precision.
6.1.3 Text, icons, fonts, colors
Text and icons shall be inspected with measuring tools of corresponding precision, and fonts shall be inspected by visual inspection. Colors shall be inspected in accordance with GSBG51001 and GB/T3181. 6.1.4 Reflection coefficient
The reflection coefficient of type B products shall be tested with a retroreflection tester. 6.1.5 Tensile breaking properties
Tested in accordance with the method specified in GB/T3923.1. 6.1.6 Color fastness to washing
Tested in accordance with the method specified in GB/T3921.3. 6.1.7 Color fastness to light
Tested in accordance with the method specified in GB/T8427. 6.1.8 Color fastness to rubbing

6.2.1 Appearance inspection
Inspect by hand and visual inspection.

6.2.2 Retractable flexibility
The warning tape of about 10m can be pulled out three times for actual retractable measurement, and there is no abnormal resistance. 6.3 Inspection method of pillars
6.3.1 Appearance inspection
Visual inspection.
6.3.2 Operation inspection
Try to hang a 5m long warning tape between two pillars to check whether it is easy to operate, firmly hung and whether the base of the pillar is stable. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of the warning tape is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.1.1 Factory inspection
Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can be shipped only after the certificate of conformity is attached. 7.1.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) Trial production inspection of new products;
b) Transfer of old products to another factory;
c) When production is resumed after a three-month suspension;
d) When the structure, main raw materials and major process of the product are changed, which may affect the product performance;
f) When the superior quality supervision and management department proposes type inspection. 7.2 Inspection items
The factory inspection items are 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.2 and 5.3. Type inspection items are in accordance with Chapter 5.
7.3 Unqualified judgment
The warning belt and the pillar shall be judged as unqualified separately. Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from products that have passed factory inspection, with a batch base of no less than 50, and 3 samples (2 for test and 1 for backup) shall be selected each time. If all the inspection items of each sample are qualified, the sample shall be judged as qualified; when all samples are qualified, the batch of products shall be judged as qualified. If unqualified items are found in the inspection sample, a second inspection of the backup sample is allowed. If the backup sample is still unqualified after the second inspection, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
Samples for factory inspection shall be qualified before they can leave the factory. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Marking
The following permanent marks shall be marked on the storage box of the warning tape: a) manufacturer's name;
b) product code mark.
8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 The warning tape and the pillar shall be packed separately, and the packaging box shall indicate: manufacturer's name; address; product code mark. Attached are the product certificate and instruction manual. Www.bzxZ.net

8.2.2 The product packaging box should indicate: product code mark; quantity; implementation standard number; date of manufacture; manufacturer name; moisture-proof and handle with care marks.
8.3 Transportation
The product should be tightly covered during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to be exposed to rain, moisture, sun exposure and high temperature baking. It is strictly forbidden to drop or pile it up. 8.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. The product cannot be stored with corrosive substances and should be kept away from high temperature and heat sources. 5
