Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the RF coaxial connectors that are used with various flexible cables and are mainly used in 75Ω cable distribution systems. They can also be used in matching and non-matching situations. These connectors are usually intended for permanent installation and are not frequently plugged in and out during use. This standard only specifies the interface dimensions. GB/T11313.24—2001
This standard is equivalent to EC60169-24, 1991 "RF connectors Part 24: Threaded RF coaxial connectors for 75Q cable distribution systems (F type)".
my country has formulated GB/T11313—1996 "RF connectors Part 1: General
General requirements and test methods" equivalent to IEC61169-1:1992QC220000. This standard should be used together with the general specification. Specification
This standard references the following standards:

IEC Foreword
1) IEC's formal resolutions or agreements on technical issues are formulated by technical committees in which national committees with special concerns about these issues participate, and represent the international consensus on the issues involved as much as possible. 2) These resolutions or agreements are used internationally in the form of recommended standards and are recognized by national committees in this sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, IEC hopes that national committees will adopt EC standard texts as their national standards if their national conditions permit. The differences between IEC standards and corresponding national standards should be indicated in national standards as much as possible. 4) IEC has not established any procedures for the use of recognition marks, and IEC is not responsible when a product is declared to comply with the corresponding IEC standards.
This standard was formulated by the 46D Sub-Technical Committee (RF Connectors) of the 46th Technical Committee (Cables, Wires, Waveguides, Connectors and Accessories for Communication Equipment and Signals) of IEC. The text of this standard is based on the following documents

This standard specifies radio-frequency coaxial connectors that are matched with various flexible cables and are mainly used in 75Q cable distribution systems and can also be used in matching and non-matching occasions. These connectors are usually intended for permanent installation and are not frequently plugged in and out during use. This standard only specifies the interface dimensions.
2IEC model naming
Connectors that comply with this standard shall be named in accordance with this standard. 3Description of connectors
This type of connector has a 3/8-32UNEF-2 connection thread. Usually, the plug is a free connector and the socket is a fixed connector. When designing the plug, the inner conductor of the cable can be used as the pin contact of the connector, or the pin center contact can be designed separately (it is independent of the inner conductor of the cable). The socket contact of the socket can be mated with a pin contact with a diameter of 0.51mm1.63mm (0.020in~0.064in). In principle, the inner diameter of the outer conductor of the plug is suitable for cables with a dielectric diameter of 3.70mm (0.146in), and larger cables are also suitable when necessary.
1Due to the potential mechanical deformation in the jack, caution should be exercised when using a smaller diameter 0.51mm (0.020n) pin contact instead of a larger diameter 1.63mm (0.064n) pin contact. 2 It is important that the center contact of the socket can work effectively within the specified diameter range. The standard test procedure to verify this performance is under consideration. 4 Dimensions - Mating Interface
The original dimensions are inches, and the millimeter dimensions are converted from the original inch dimensions according to ISO370. Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on November 5, 2001 and implemented on May 1, 2002

The dielectric protrusion reference plane is only applicable to cables with a nominal dielectric diameter of 3.70 mm (0.146 n). When using cables with a larger dielectric diameter, the dielectric is not allowed to protrude from the reference plane.
The shape of the connector nut is arbitrary, but a flat surface for wrench tightening, such as a wrench flat, should be provided. The maximum diameter of 3.8mm is only suitable for cables with a nominal dielectric diameter of 3.70mm (0.146in), not for cables with a larger dielectric diameter. Full thread length.
The connector shell shape is arbitrary, but a wrench tightening surface should be provided, such as a wrench flat. The socket contact should be able to accept a pin contact with a diameter of 0.51mm~1.63mm (0.020in~0.064in).
