The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall conduct a normal inspection sampling plan according to the provisions of GB2828. Products of the same variety and specification delivered at the same time under the same production conditions are the inspection batch. The inspection items, unqualified classification, inspection level, qualified quality level, etc. must meet the requirements of Table 4 and Table 5 respectively.

8.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out when any of the following factors occura.
Inspection level
When the product structure, material, and process have changed significantly and may affect the performance of the product; when the product is resumed after being discontinued for more than one year;
When the national quality supervision and inspection agency requires type inspection; after normal production, the annual periodic inspection is carried out; when the enterprise applies for a product production license.
Qualified quality level

8.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out according to the one-time sampling plan specified in GB2829. Ten pieces of welding eye protectors and three pieces of welding masks are randomly selected from the qualified batch. The inspection items, unqualified classification, discrimination level, unqualified quality level, and judgment array must meet the requirements of Table 6 and Table 7 respectively. 66

When the type inspection fails, re-inspection shall be carried out. The re-inspection sample size of Class A or Class B non-conforming products shall be doubled, and the sample size of Class C non-conforming products shall be equal to the original sample.
b. After re-inspection, if Class A or Class B is still unqualified, the enterprise shall temporarily stop normal batch production. Only under the supervision of the superior competent department, corrective measures shall be taken and the manufactured products shall be qualified after re-inspection before normal batch production can be resumed. For Class C unqualified products, multiple re-inspections are allowed until they are qualified.
9 Product marking, packaging, storage and transportation
9.1 Marking
The requirements are the same as those in 8.2.1 of GB14866. 9.2 Packaging
9.2.1 Products shall be packed in boxes or cases according to classification, model and specification. Packing box and random materials
Product certificate;
Product manual;
Packing list;
Other relevant technical information.
9.3 Storage
The storage period of products is generally two years. Products that exceed two years shall be sampled and inspected at 2%. They can only be sold if they meet the requirements of this standard after inspection. 9.4 Transportation
During transportation, the products should be protected from corrosion, moisture and pressure. 67
