The cylindrical and 1:10 conical shaft hole dimensions in this standard are not equivalent to the international standard 1S0/R775 "Cylindrical and 1:10 conical shaft extensions (edition 1969)".
This standard is a revision of the original (B3852-83 "Types and dimensions of coupling shaft holes and keyways". The main differences between this standard and the original GB385283 are: limiting the use of long cylindrical shaft holes. Adding 1:10 short tapered shaft hole size series and spline, expansion joint and keyless connection types.
