Before and after quick release, apply forces of 505V and 170.V differentially along the direction of wheel removal for 30min. There should be no relative displacement between the front axle and front fork, rear axle and frame. 4.12 Strength of quick release mechanism
The quick release mechanism shall be able to withstand a locking force of 25% without continuous deformation. 4.13 Self-determination of the quick release mechanism When the front and rear supports are in the locked state, the force required to rotate the lever along the loose force interval shall not be less than 5N. 5 Test methods The testing equipment and instruments used in the test of this chapter shall comply with the provisions of G312742. 5.1 Check the tightness mark of the plate rod. 5.2 The front axle flexibility test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.1 of QB/T1883. 5.3 The rear axle flexibility test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.2 of QD/T1883. 5.4 The thread precision test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.3 of Q/T1883. 5.5 The rear axle body dynamic test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.4 of QB/T1883. 5.6 The front axle endurance test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.5 of QB/T1H3. The rear axle front grinding performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.6 of QB/T1-83. 5.8 The scratch test of heat-treated parts shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of Q3,188#. 5.9 The performance test of forged parts shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.8 of Qn/T1883. 5.10 The performance test of the oxidation-treated parts in the table shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.9 of QB/T1883. 5.11 Holding force test
Adjust the quick-release mechanism so that the quick release and the rear stop are correctly placed on the holding force test tool (called Xielu A). At 5mm from the end of the lever, add a force of 200N to the chain to eliminate the locking force. Apply a force of 500N and 178CN to the front and rear axles in the direction of wheel removal. Observe for displacement for 30s. See Figure 5 for examples. 5.12 Quick release mechanism test
Install the quick release front and rear axles on the test tool, apply a force of 250N at 5mm from the end of the lever, and observe the damage of the tension mechanism.
The quick release mechanism should be adjusted to prevent the mechanism from being completely locked under this force. 5.13 Quick release mechanism self-locking force test
According to 5.11, the lock is turned on, and a force of 5CN is applied at 5mm from the end of the lever in the loosening direction. The lever shall not rotate. 43
