The core structure of the belt is divided into two types: fabric core and steel cord mesh core. 3.1.1 Fabric core belt
The entire belt core of the belt can be made of one or more layers of fabric bonded in the same structural manner, and the belt core should generally have a covering layer. A reinforcement layer made of mesh cloth or cord fabric can be provided between the cover layer and the belt core. 3.1.2 Steel Wire Mesh Core Belt
The belt is composed of a layer of steel wire rope arranged longitudinally in the core rubber layer (hereinafter referred to as longitudinal rope) and an upper and lower layer of fiber rope or steel wire rope arranged transversely between the cover layer and the core rubber layer (hereinafter referred to as transverse rope). 3.2 Product Specifications
The specifications of the belt are distinguished by the full thickness tensile strength, width and physical properties of the cover layer. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 9, 1994 and implemented on January 1, 1995
HG/T 2577—94

6.1 Before leaving the factory, the lifting belt shall be inspected for appearance quality, length, width, coating thickness and edge glue width. 6.2 A certain number of samples shall be selected from a production batch for factory inspection of the lifting belt. The sampling quantity and requirements shall be implemented in accordance with HG/T2410.
6.3 During factory inspection, the heat aging test of the coating layer and the aging test of the bonding strength of the wire rope may not be carried out. 6.4 Type inspection shall be carried out at least once a year and shall be fully inspected in accordance with the technical requirements specified in this standard. 6.5 If a certain performance does not meet the standard during the inspection, it shall be inspected at the same time. Take double samples from the batch of tapes and retest the unqualified items. If one result still does not meet the standard after the retest, the products of this batch or period are unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The marking of lifting belts shall be in accordance with GB5752. 7.2 The lifting belt should be wound around the core shaft and tied firmly with a covering. The product name, belt length, model, manufacturer name (or registered trademark) should be marked on the packaging.
7.3 The transportation and storage of lifting belts shall be in accordance with GB/T6757. 359

Appendix A
Method for determining the interlayer bonding strength of wire rope mesh core belt (supplement)
Tensile testing machine that meets the following requirements:
With a drawing device that automatically records the peeling force; a.
b. The clamp running speed can be adjusted to 100±10mm/min; the measurement error is not greater than 1% of the measuring range.
A2 Specimen
A2.1 At least 5 days after the belt is made, cut 2 specimens at a position not less than 50mm away from the edge of the belt and parallel to the axis of the belt. A2.2 All sides of the specimen are rectangular, with a width of 25±0.5mm, a length of 200mm, and a thickness of the full thickness of the belt. A2.3 Use a knife to cut a section from both sides of the specimen close to the wire rope. The length should ensure that the specimen is well clamped in the fixture. . A3 Test procedure
A3.1 The test should be carried out at a temperature of 23±2℃. A3.2 The test peeling length is at least 100mm. A3.3 Clamp the cover rubber in one fixture and clamp the belt core containing the wire rope in another fixture. A3.4 Start the test, the moving fixture runs at a speed of 100±10mm/min, and record the peeling force curve. A4 Result expression
A4.1 According to the peeling force curve, determine the median force, and the ratio of the median force to the width of the specimen is called the bonding strength, and its unit is N/mm. A4.2 The interlayer bonding strength is the average bonding strength of the two specimens, and the value is rounded to 0.1N/mm. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. The bond strength test between the cover layer and the transverse rope and between the transverse rope and the adjacent layer of the wire rope mesh core belt shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix A. 5.10
The bond strength test between the layers of the fabric core belt shall be carried out in accordance with Method A in GB/T6759. The bond strength test of the wire rope of the wire rope mesh core belt shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5755; the bond strength test of the wire rope after aging shall be carried out in accordance with the "hot air heating method" in GB/T5755. 358
