4.1 Determination of carbon dioxide gas generation
4.1.1 Summary of method
In a 75 water bath, use dilute hydrochloric acid to react with the sample. The released carbon dioxide enters the gas measuring tube filled with substitution solution. The gas volume is measured and then converted into the gas volume under standard conditions. 4.1.2 Reagents and materials
4.1.2.1 Hydrochloric acid (GB/T622) solution: 1+2; 4.1.2.2 Replacement solution: Weigh 100g sodium chloride (GB/T1266), place it in a beaker, add 350mL water to dissolve it, then add 1g sodium bicarbonate (GB/T640) and 2 drops of methyl orange indicator solution, and add hydrochloric acid solution (4.1.2.1) until the solution turns slightly red. 4.1.3 Instruments and equipment

Connect the various parts of the device as shown in the figure. Rotate the three-way valve 5 to allow the device to pass through the atmosphere, raise and lower the level bottle 7 to move the internal substitution solution, and adjust the scale of the gas measuring tube 6 to zero. Pass cooling water through the condenser 4, and rotate the three-way valve 5 to connect the condenser 4 with the gas measuring tube 6. Remove the gas generating bottle 1, add 100mL of water, and put about 1g (accurate to 0.0002g) of the sample wrapped in soft paper into the gas generating bottle 1. Quickly connect the flask and place it in a 75℃ water bath for heating. Add 20mL of hydrochloric acid solution from the dropping funnel 3, immediately close the valve of the dropping funnel, and continue to shake the gas generating bottle slowly. As the liquid level in the gas tube 6 drops, lower the level bottle 7. After 3 minutes, when the liquid levels of the gas measuring tube 6 and the level bottle 7 are balanced, read the liquid level scale V (mL) and the reading of the thermometer 8, and measure the atmospheric pressure at the same time. 43
Carry out a blank test according to the above steps.

Specification size: 100mm×80mm, net weight of each bag 50g; 200mm×140mm, net weight of each bag 500g; 350mm×250mm, net weight of each bag 2.5kg. The outer packaging shall be made of wooden boxes or corrugated boxes lined with polyethylene plastic film or moisture-proof paper for food, and its performance and inspection methods shall comply with relevant regulations. The inner and outer packaging can also be resolved by agreement and contract between the supply and demand parties. 6.3 For the packaging of food additive compound bulking agents, the inner bag shall be sealed by heat sealing; the outer packaging shall be firmly tied with a packing tape across the waist in two horizontal and one vertical bands.
6.4 Food additive compound bulking agents shall be covered during transportation to prevent rain and moisture. Prevent sun exposure and heat. Do not store them together with toxic and hazardous substances.
6.5 The shelf life of the product is one year from the date of production. If it is overdue, it shall be re-inspected to see if it meets the requirements of this standard. 47

This standard is under the jurisdiction of Tianjin Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by Tianjin Chemical Research Institute, Chongqing Yinglong Chemical Plant, Guilin Red Star Chemical Plant and Guilin Red Star Food Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Li Wenqiang, Li Jingge, Chen Enyang, Liu Yunhui and Lai Peizhen. This standard refers to the "Japanese Food Additives Standard" (V) (1986 Edition) "Synthetic Bulking Agents". 494 Allowable difference
The arithmetic mean of the parallel determination results is taken as the determination result, and the absolute difference of the parallel determination results shall not exceed 0.3pH. 4.7 Determination of fineness
4.7.1 Instruments and equipment
Test sieve (GB6003): R40/3 series, Φ200mm×50mm/0.18mm, with sieve bottom and sieve cover. 4.7.2 Analysis steps
Weigh about 50g of sample (accurate to 0.01g), place it in the test sieve with the sieve bottom installed, cover the sieve cover, sieve manually at a frequency of 90 times/min for 2min, and weigh the mass of the sieve residue (accurate to 0.01g). 4.7.3 Expression of analysis results
The fineness X expressed as mass percentage is calculated according to formula (4): mm×100
Where: ml—mass of sieve residue, g; mass of test material, g.
4.7.4 Allowable difference
The arithmetic mean of the parallel determination results shall be taken as the determination result, and the absolute difference of the parallel determination results shall not exceed 1.0%. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Food additive compound bulking agents shall be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate. The contents include: manufacturer name, factory address, product name, net weight, batch number or production date, food hygiene license number, production license number, proof that the product quality meets this standard and the number of this standard.
5.2 The user has the right to inspect and accept the food additive compound bulking agents received in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.3 Each batch of products shall not exceed 1t.
5.4 Determine the number of sampling units in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.6 of GB/T6678. When sampling, insert the sampler vertically from the center of the packaging bag to 3/4 of the depth of the material layer. After mixing the collected samples, divide them into about 500g according to the quartering method, and pack them in two clean and dry wide-mouth bottles with stoppers and seal them. Stick labels on the bottles, indicating: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date and name of the sampler. One bottle is used for inspection and the other is kept for three months for future reference.
5.5 If one of the indicators in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-sampling should be carried out from twice the amount of packaging for verification. If even one of the indicators in the verification results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China". 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The packaging bag of food additive compound bulking agent shall have firm and clear markings, including: manufacturer name, factory address, product name, net weight, batch number or production date, trademark, ingredient list, food hygiene license number, production license number, proof that product quality complies with this standard and this standard number, and the "heat-afraid" and "wet-afraid" marks specified in GB191. 6.2 Food additive compound bulking agent shall be double-layer packaged.
