GB12732 | | tt | | 2-1996 | The Automobile Association's standard JASOE107-88 "Automotive V-belt", the physical and mechanical properties of the first-class products are the same as those specified in JASOE107-88. Based on the specific conditions of the tape industry, this standard divides cloth-covered V-belts into qualified products and first-class products, respectively stipulates different bench fatigue life, and cancels its actual mileage assessment; for glass fiber cords that have a certain market in China The tension force used in the fatigue test of V-belts adopts the values ??specified in ISO5287:1985 "Fatigue Test of Narrow V-Belt Transmissions for the Automotive Industry". At the same time, only qualified products are set for this type of V-belts.
This standard will replace GB12732--91 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard recommendation is under the jurisdiction of Qingdao Rubber Industry Research Institute. This standard was drafted by: Shanghai Adhesive Tape Co., Ltd. Shanghai Rubber Products Factory No. 2 and Qingdao Rubber Industry Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Lin Weisheng, Zhu Zhenqing, Chen Hemei, Han Deshen. 323

5.2 Automotive V-belts will take 0.5% of each batch of products for size inspection, and use the same material, No more than 50,000 pieces of the same specification and grade are considered a batch.
5.3 Tensile property tests should be conducted at least twice a month. 5.4 High temperature resistance and low temperature resistance tests should be conducted at least once per season, and the number of samples should be no less than two. 5.5 Fatigue life test: For automobile V-belts of the same material, same model, and same grade, the test should be conducted once a quarter if the monthly output is greater than 120,000 pieces, once every six months if the monthly output is less than 120,000 pieces, and once a year if the monthly output is less than 30,000 pieces. , sampling at least one piece in each test. During the test, if one (or two) strips fail, double the number of unqualified V-belts should be taken for retesting. If one retest sample strip is still unqualified, the batch of products will be deemed unqualified. 5.6 If there are unqualified items among the test items mentioned in 5.3 to 5.4, double samples should be taken from the V-belts of the batch of automobiles and the unqualified items should be retested. If one of the test results is still unqualified, This batch of products is deemed to be defective. 5.7 Users can also conduct random inspections according to the agreement between the two parties. 6 Test method
6.1 Dimensions
The length, exposed height, and center distance variation of the automobile V-belt shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13352. 6.2 Tensile test
The full-section tensile property test of automotive V-belts is performed in accordance with GB/T3686. 6.3 High Temperature Test
Cut a sample of about 250mm in length from the test sample, place it at a temperature of 100±1°C and test continuously for 70+5h, then cool it at room temperature for at least 2h, and place the cooled sample in Bend the tube or rod with the diameter specified in Table 3 in the normal bending direction of the belt and observe whether cracks appear on the sample.

The material of the tensile body should be marked on each box. and V-belt grade, specification, quantity and other matters, the product certificate should be contained in the box.
7.3 Storage
7.3.1 During transportation and storage, automobile V-belts should be kept away from direct sunlight or rain and snow, kept clean, and prevented from being affected by acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents. Contact with rubber-quality materials to prevent mechanical damage and keep 1 m2 away from heating devices. 7.3.2 During storage, the warehouse temperature should be maintained between -18 and 40°C, and the relative humidity should be maintained at 50% and 80%. 7.3.3 During storage, it is necessary to avoid deforming the belt due to excessive weight. It is best to hang the belt on a crescent-shaped shelf or place it flatly on the shelf.
7.3.4 When the storage period does not exceed one year under the above conditions, its performance shall be in accordance with this standard. 329
