Introduction to standards:

This standard is used in situations where it is not possible to specify an appropriate standard deviation. This standard is a simple method for determining and verifying the standard value of noise for batch machines and equipment. This standard is applicable to situations where GB/T 14573.4 cannot be used. This standard does not deal with situations where the label value of the batch machine after inspection has not been confirmed. For the statistical principles used in this part, see GB/T 14573.4. Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Statistical methods for determining and verifying stated noise emission values of machinery and equipment
Part 3: Simple (transitlon) method for determining and verifying lahelled values for butches pf This standard adopts [S(37571/3-1985 Statistical method for determining and verifying the noise emission values specified for machinery and equipment Part 3: Simple (transitional) method for determining and verifying the label value of batch machines. 1 Subject content and applicable scope
The standard is used in situations where it is impossible to specify an appropriate standard deviation. This standard is a simple method for determining and verifying the label value of batch machines and equipment. This method is applicable to situations where GB/T14573.4 cannot be used.
This standard does not deal with the situation where the label value of the batch machine has not been confirmed after inspection. The statistical principles used in this part are as follows (13/114573.4.2 Reference standards
Engineering method and quasi-engineering method for determining the power level of noise sources GB 3767
GB 3768
Simplified method for determination of sound power level of noise source
GB6881 Acoustic determination of sound power level of noise source-Reverberation chamber precision method and engineering method GH6882 Acoustic determination of sound power level of noise source-Anechoic chamber and semi-anechoic chamber precision method G3/\I14573.1 Acoustics-Statistical method for determination and verification of specified noise radiation values of machine equipment-Part 1 Overview and definitions

3 Test requirements
Part 4: Determination and verification of label values of batch machines-Method 3.1 Machine The noise of the machine must be measured in accordance with the noise test method standard of the product. 3.2 For machines without special noise test method standards, they can be measured with reference to GB37t7, GB3768, GB6881, GB6882, etc., but the installation conditions and operation status must be clearly specified. 3.3 To ensure the correctness of the label value, when the machine noise changes, the new label value should be retested and made. National Technical Quality Supervision and Inspection Commission 1993-08·28 approved 1994-03-01 implementation
4 Determination of label value L.
4.1 Label value L. is determined by the quality inspector.
GB/T 14573.393
4.2 The principle of determining the label value stipulated in this standard is that the label value shows a limit value, that is, most of the noise radiation values of batch machines are lower than this value. The label value takes into account the impact of two changes, namely the changes in the factory machine equipment itself and the random measurement error under repeated conditions. 4.3 The label value of batch machines is determined by sampling, and the sample size is n=34.4 Determination of label values of batch machine products
The label value of noise of batch machines is composed of constant K plus average value L. L=L+K
The constant K is a fixed value, which is determined by the quality inspector according to the definition principle of label value. The K value of this standard is generally determined to be greater than or equal to 5 dB, that is, K5 dB.
Note: 5B is only a recommended value, which is derived from GB14573.4. If the K value determined is less than 5d1, this standard cannot be used. In this case, it must be determined in accordance with GB 14575. 4. 5 Inspection of label values of batch products
To inspect the label value of batch machine noise, this standard stipulates the use of random sampling method. The sample size is 23, and the inspection average value of the batch is obtained by sampling.
(2)
Where: L—measured value of machine noise,
When L is less than 2dB, this batch of products can use this label value and be accepted as qualified products. When Z>L-2dB, this batch of products cannot use this label value and are unqualified. Additional notes: www.bzxz.net
