QB/T3507—1999 The two sides of the roll should be consistent in tightness, the end surface should be flat, there should be no cracks, the serration should not exceed 3mm, and the bow should not exceed 15mm. 3.3 The cutting edge of paper should be neat and clean. The paper surface should be smooth, without folds, wrinkles, hard blocks, holes, streaks, light spots, cracks, spots and other paper defects that affect the use. 3.6 The following conditions shall be classified as second-class products, but no more than two of them shall be found at the same time. 3.6.1 The quantitative value exceeds the allowable deviation range by ±2%. 3.6.2 The smoothness is lower than the specified value by 15%. 3.6.3 The tensile strength is lower than the specified value by 10%. 3.6.4 The dust content exceeds the specified value by 20%. 3.6.5 The number of joints exceeds the specified value by 1. 4 Test method 4.1 Quantity and tightness The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T451 "Method for the determination of size, skewness, quantitative value, thickness and tightness of paper and paperboard". 4.2 Tensile strength Measured in accordance with GB/T453 "Determination of tensile strength and elongation of paper and paperboard". 4.3 Tear resistance Measured in accordance with GB/T 455 "Determination of tear resistance of paper and paperboard". 4.4 Smoothness Measured in accordance with GB/T456 "Determination of paper smoothness (Buick tester)". 4.5 Whiteness Measured in accordance with GB/T1542 "Determination of whiteness of paper and paperboard (blue light method)". 4.6 Gluing degree Measured in accordance with GB/T460 "Determination of sizing degree of paper and paperboard (ink streaking method)". 4.7 Dust degree Measured in accordance with GB/T1541 "Determination of dust degree of paper and paperboard (area method)". 4.8 Ash content The content shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T463 "Determination of ash content of paper and paperboard". 4.9 Delivery moisture content bzxZ.net The content shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T462 "Determination of moisture content of paper and paperboard". 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The unit product of the delivery test of base paper in the form of continuous recording by computer is a roll. 5.2 The sampling inspection of the delivery test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828 "Batch-by-batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to the inspection of continuous batches)". 5.3 The sampling and processing of samples from the sample units shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of "(2) The sampling of average samples from each packaging unit" and "II. Air conditioning of samples before testing" in GB/T450 "Methods for the sampling of average samples of paper and paperboard and the processing of samples before testing". 5.4 The grouping, inspection level, sampling plan and acceptable quality level (AQIL) of the delivery test items shall be as specified in Table 2. 509 TTiKAoNhiKAca Defect category Major defects Minor defects QB/T 3507-1999 Table 2 Item grouping and acceptable quality level of delivery test Index name Tear resistance Tensile strength Smoothness Gluing degree Dust degree Delivery moisture 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage Inspection level Sampling inspection plan Three normal sampling inspections Two normal sampling inspections Acceptable quality level (AQL) 6.1 Marking and packaging shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of QB/T45 "Paper Packaging and Marking". Each roll of paper should be accompanied by a product certificate. If it is a downgraded product, the reason for the downgrade should be noted on the quality inspection certificate. 6.2 The joints of the rolls should be firm and flat, and the upper and lower layers should not be allowed to stick together. The width of the joints should not exceed 30mm. 6.3 The number of joints per roll should not exceed 3, and the joints should be marked with colored paper or color on the end of the roll. 6.4 The roll is rewound with a layer of plastic film on the rewinder, and then rolled with no less than three layers of computer continuous recording format base paper or kraft paper with a quantitative of 80g/m2. Finally, it is wrapped with three layers of 80g/m2 wrapping paper. Each end of the roll is padded with a round wrapping paper. 6.5 The roll core should be firm and not flattened. If there is a flattened and deformed roll core, the difference in its inner diameter should not exceed 5mm. 6.6 The width of the plastic woven belt for bundling the roll should not be less than 10mm. Each end of the roll should be tied with a circle, and the joints should be connected by heat. 6.7 When transporting the product, a canopy and clean transportation tool should be used. 6.8 When transporting and stacking, the rolls should be rolled on a flat ground or plank in the direction indicated on the rolls, but there should be no hard objects such as sand, gravel, coal slag, etc. on the ground or planks to avoid damaging the rolls. 6.9 The products should be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow and damp ground. 6.10 The bottom rolls of horizontal stacking should be padded with curved boards, and the stacking height should not exceed three layers. 6.11 It is not allowed to drop the rolls from a height. A1 Instruments and tools 10cm×10cm sample. Balance with a sensitivity of 0.01g. A2 Steps QB/T 3507--1999 Appendix A Method for determining the horizontal quantitative difference (Supplement) Take single-layer paper samples of 10cm×10cm uniformly along the width direction of the roll, take eight points for a roll width of 1050mm, and take four points for a roll width of 830mm, number the paper samples, and weigh them with a balance with a sensitivity of 0.01g. A3 Calculation Calculate the difference between the maximum and minimum values, and the result is expressed in grams/meter?.
