Compared with BB/T0002-1994 "Biaxially oriented polypropylene pearlescent film", the main changes of this standard are as follows: The "light transmittance" item is added to the physical and mechanical properties. The "haze" item is deleted from the physical and mechanical properties. The thickness tolerance and density indicators have been modified, and the "first-class product" grade in the original standard has been cancelled. This standard is proposed by the China Packaging Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Packaging Standardization Technical Committee. The main drafting unit of this standard is: National Packaging Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Jinan) of Jiangsu Zhongda Group Co., Ltd. Products of the same thickness produced with the same raw materials and the same process conditions are considered as a batch, and each batch shall not exceed 3006.2 Sampling
Appearance and dimensional deviation inspections shall be carried out using the normal inspection secondary sampling plan in GB/T2828.1, using the general inspection level II, the acceptance quality limit AOL is 6.5, and sampling inspections shall be carried out according to the requirements of Table 6. 6.3 Factory inspection
Factory inspection is 4.14.2 and items 1-10 in Table 5. 6.4 Type inspection
Type inspection items are all the requirements of Chapter 4. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: Pre-production and identification of new products or old products transferred to other factories: by
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes, which may affect product performance: During normal production, inspection shall be carried out once a year: d
When the product is stopped for a long time and production is resumed: When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection: e
When the national quality supervision agency proposes to conduct further inspections; 6.5 Judgment rules
6.5.1 If any one of the product's appearance dimension deviations is unqualified, the roll is unqualified: The unqualified judgment shall be carried out according to the provisions of Table 6.6.5.2 If there are unqualified items in the physical and mechanical properties test results, the original batch shall be doubled and the unqualified items shall be re-tested. If all the re-test results are qualified, the physical and mechanical properties are qualified: If the re-test results are still unqualified, the physical and mechanical properties are unqualified. 6.5.3 If one of the hygienic properties is unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
Should comply with the provisions of GB/T191. There should be a certificate of conformity and the name and address of the manufacturer, the implementation standard number and trademark, indicating the product name, specification, length, quality, treatment surface, heat sealing surface, batch number, production date, grade, etc. 7.2 Packaging
Each roll of film is protected by pads at both ends, wrapped with a film, and tied tightly. Special packaging shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 7.3 Transportation
Handle with care during transportation. Prevent mechanical collision and exposure to sunlight and rain. 7.4 Storage
7.4.1 The film should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, properly stacked, away from toxic and harmful pollution sources, more than 2m away from heat sources, and not exposed to direct sunlight.
7.4.2 The product shall be stored for no more than half a year from the date of production under the prescribed packaging, storage and transportation conditions. Products that exceed the storage period may still be used after passing the inspection.7 Determination of friction coefficient
Perform according to GB/T10006
5.8 Determination of heat seal strength
Perform according to 0B/T2358. Heat seal conditions are 130G~140℃, time is 1s, pressure is 0.18MPa, speed is 100mm/min±20mm/ming
5.9 Determination of wetting tension
Perform according to GB/T14216.
5.10 Determination of light transmittance
Perform according to GB/T2410.
5.11 Determination of gloss
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T8807, with an incident angle of 45°5.12 Determination of density and calculation of average density deviation4
BB/T00022008
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T6343. Take no less than 3 groups of samples, each with 5 layers and a size of 300mm×300mm, measure the density, and calculate the average density. The average density deviation is the percentage of the difference between the average density and the nominal density to the nominal density. 5.13 Determination of moisture permeability
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T1037. Temperature 38℃±0.6℃, relative humidity 90%±2%. 5.14 Determination of hygienic properties
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T5009.60
