3.1 Product classification and use
The products are divided into two categories: ordinary type and grafted type. Ordinary chloroprene rubber adhesive is mainly used for bonding materials such as vulcanized rubber, leather, and machine cloth. Grafted chloroprene rubber adhesive is mainly used for bonding materials such as polyvinyl chloride artificial leather (PVC), leather, vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic elastomers.
3.2 Product model
3.2.1 Ordinary type is divided into six models according to viscosity: see Table 1Table 1
Viscosity, Pa·S
Graft type is divided into three models according to viscosity: see Table 21993-07-05 approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of ChinaP-5

(Supplement)
Cotton canvas should comply with 210 (21s5/5) in GB2909.1. A1.2 Cowhide
The specification of cowhide is first-class product. Take its spine. The sample
cowhide must be polished with a grinding wheel until the leather surface is velvety. The polished test piece should be brushed to remove dust thoroughly. A1.3 Styrene-butadiene rubber sheet

Thickness of styrene butadiene rubber sheet: 2±0.3mm, with cotton canvas lining on the back. d
After the preparation, the styrene-butadiene rubber sheet is placed at room temperature for 24 hours. The styrene-butadiene rubber sheet is polished according to the provisions of HG/T2198. A1.4 Polyethylene artificial leather
Use cloth-based artificial leather, the thickness of the first-class product is (0.9±0.1) mm, and its technical requirements should comply with GB8948, Class 1A. The PVC surface is wiped clean with butanone and dried.
A2 Sample preparation
A2.1 Adhesive preparation
Except for special provisions, triphenylmethane triisocyanate is generally used as a curing agent, the amount is 5% of the adhesive, the content of triphenylmethane triisocyanate is 19%~21%, and the insoluble content (m/m) is not more than 1%. A2.2 Adhesive coating
Apply the prepared and evenly mixed adhesive to the adhered surfaces of the two adhered materials respectively, usually twice for the thicker ones and three times for the cotton canvas. If the absorbent material requires multiple coatings on the bonding surface, the number of times should be indicated in the test report. The adhesive coating plate should be based on the adhesive surface without lack of adhesive or accumulation of adhesive. After coating, place it in a drying oven to dry. The drying temperature is 60±5℃ each time, and the drying time is 5~15min.
A2.3 Overlay and pressurization
Overlay the two bonding surfaces to prevent dislocation and air bubbles. Then roll it longitudinally 3~5 times with your hand, and then apply a uniform pressure of 0.4~.0.6MPa for 15s, and then cut it into a specimen.
