Juice 1: The method described in this part is a simple and practical test method that can give sufficiently accurate results for powder coatings with a weight loss of less than 2% (mass fraction) during baking. Beyond this range, the precision decreases with increasing mass loss. Note 2: Water in the test product will be included in the calculation results. 2 Normative references The following documents have become the terms of this part through reference to this part of GB/T 21782. GB/T 3189C96 1 Sampling of paints, varnishes and raw materials for paints and varnishes (ISO: 55282000.IDT) 3 Necessary supplementary information For specific applications, the test methods specified in this part require additional complete information. The supplementary information is given in Appendix A. 4 Apparatus Ordinary laboratory instruments and the following instruments 4.1 Flat bottom III 75mm. The size requirements are not very strict, but the bottom of the blood should be flat to ensure good contact effect of the iron or aluminum diameter and to spread the test sample of the powder into a uniform thin layer (the thickness of the powder can have a significant impact on the test results), 4.2 Air circulation oven Can be kept at a constant temperature of 250℃. The type of oven should be stated in the test report, as the design of the oven can affect the test results. 4.3 Analytical balance Accurate to 0.1: 4.1 Dryer Without desiccant, such as cobalt chloride, for drying glue 5 Samples Take representative samples of the test product according to the provisions of GI3/T31862006. 6 Operating procedures Use two samples for parallel testing. 6.1 Test specimens Put the flat bottom M (4.1) in the oven (4.2) at the specified or agreed test temperature (see Appendix A) for 7 hours, and place it in a dryer to cool to the test temperature. Weigh the flat bottom M to an accuracy of 0.11g. Then, with the same accuracy, weigh 0.50g of the upper 0.05 sample (m) with a flat bottom, hold the flat bottom gently, and slowly move the sample to spread evenly on the bottom. Note: The 0.5 sample can be formed into a thin layer of about 6m in the upper diameter 75t bottom: 6.2 Determination Baking is carried out according to the specified or agreed temperature and time (see Appendix A): Place the bottom containing the sample (G.1) in a pre-adjusted oven (4.2) to an appropriate temperature for the specified or agreed time. To help obtain the effect of rapid heat conduction, place the flat bottom on a metal plate at the baking temperature in the oven. When the heating time is completed, transfer the flat bottom to a desiccator and cool to room temperature. Weigh the flat bottom and the baked sample to an accuracy of C.1 and obtain the mass of the baked sample (ml). Note: During the melting of powder, the powder in the oven may be blown out by the wind of the air ring oven. The wind should be turned off for a short time at the beginning of the test. 7 Expression of results Calculate the mass loss (w) during baking according to the formula (), expressed as mass fraction (%): ri = msm mi x ICC Where: m.---the mass of the sample before baking, in grams (g); m\--the mass of the sample after baking, in grams (g). If the difference between the results of two parallel tests is greater than 0,2%, the test shall be repeated according to the method described in Chapter 6. Calculate the average of the two valid determinations. 8 Precision H No case data available. Test notification The test report shall contain the following contents: a) All the details necessary to identify the product under test: indicate the number of this part; Provide supplementary information in accordance with Appendix A; Type of oven used; Test results (single measured values and average information); Any deviation from the specified test method; Test period, Appendix A (Normative Appendix) Necessary supplementary information The supplementary information listed in this appendix shall be provided for tests carried out according to this method. The information should preferably be agreed upon by the relevant parties and may be obtained (in part or in whole) from an international or national standard or other document related to the product under test. a) Baking temperature; Baking time, GB/T 21782. 7-2008 National Standard of the People's Republic of China Powder coatings Part 7: Determination of mass loss during baking GB/T 21782.72003/1SO 813-7:1992 Published and distributed by China Standard Press No. 16 Hebei Street, Lanli, Fuxingmenwai, Beijing Postal Code: 190045 Network spt. ne1. tn Tel: 6852394668517518 China Standard Press Naixiang Island is the way to go!
