This standard was revised after the trial use of "Flowchart Legend for Chemical Mechanized Transportation Process Design" (CD131A3-84) for six years. It has widely absorbed the materials and opinions provided by various brother institutes and concentrated everyone's wisdom. It is promoted and implemented as a chemical industry standard.
1. This standard applies to process system diagrams.
2. The hoppers (bins) in Figures 2.0.24, 2.0.25, 2.0.26, 3.0.10, 3.0.11, and 3.0.12 are not entered when entering the computer: the belt conveyors in Figures 5.0.17, 5.0.18, 6.0.2, 6.0.3, 6.0.4, 6.0.5, 6.0.6, and 6.0.7 are not entered when entering the computer.
3. For legends without equipment position numbers (such as material yards, bag piles, civil engineering troughs, simple silos, etc.), double-point dashed lines can be used on the PID diagram.
4. The determination and modification of the legends of blowers, compressors, and pumps should be consistent with the regulations of the chemical process specialty. 5. The legends of process pipeline diagrams and other specialties shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the legends of the relevant specialties. 6. Equipment not listed here may be taken from the relevant professional illustrations or drawn by the designer according to the drawing method of this illustration.
