Some standard content:

—1996
QB/T2236
This standard is the first revision of QB693-1978 "Neutral Paraffin Paper". The units of the technical indicators of this standard are all changed from the current units in my country to the International System of Units (SI) units. In order to improve the strength of paraffin base paper, the breaking length of the paper with a basis weight of less than 60g/m2 is changed to 2.50km, and the breaking length of the paper with a basis weight of equal to or greater than 60g/m2 is changed to 2.70km.
In order to improve the rust resistance of paper, the water-soluble chloride content is changed from 75mg/kg to 50mg/kg. The tensile strength and breaking length of this standard are given at 23℃ and 50%RH. The brackets are for 20℃ and 65%RH. From January 1, 1995 to December 31, 1996, all qualified products in the two atmospheres can be judged as qualified. However, from January 1, 1997, they can only be judged according to the test results under 23℃ and 50%RH. This standard was proposed by the Food and Paper Department of the China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Liaoning Paper Research Institute, Liaoning Fengcheng Paper Mill. The main drafters of this standard are: Fu Yulan, Zhang Jizhu, Tang Pinyu, Guo Libo, Wang Huajia. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Light Industry Ministry Standard QB693-1978 "Neutral Paraffin Paper" will be invalid. 431

3.1 Neutral paraffin paper is flat paper, and can also be produced as roll paper according to the order contract. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Neutral paraffin paper must be soaked evenly from both sides with 52C~56℃ white paraffin (GB/T7189) or a mixture of white paraffin and industrial lubricating oil (SY1227). The content of paraffin or mixture should be 30%~40% of the weight of the base paper. 4.2 The technical indicators of neutral paraffin paper should meet the requirements of Table 1. Index name

4.3 The paper size is 810mm×1092mm. Other sizes of paper can be produced according to requirements. The size error is not allowed to exceed ±5mm.
4.4 If any chemical index fails to meet the standard, the neutral wax paper shall not be shipped out of the factory. 4.5 The paper surface shall not have any defects such as sand holes, spots, damage, cracks, see-through curtains, stains, dead folds and wax layer adhesion. 4.6 The paper surface shall not have impurities such as sand particles and hard blocks. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each production shift of neutral wax paper is a batch of products. The supplier shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard. 5.2 When each batch of products is shipped, a product inspection form shall be attached, indicating the product name, weight, specifications, paper and batch number, production time and quality indicators, etc., and each box of products shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 5.3 The sampling inspection of product delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, and the unit of the sample is ream. The sampling and batch quality judgment number of the delivery inspection shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.4

5.5 The sampling of samples and the treatment of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10739. 5.6 If the purchaser has any objection to the product quality, it should raise it to the supplier within three months after arrival, and jointly sample and re-test or entrust a jointly agreed inspection department to conduct inspection. If it does not meet the standard requirements, it will be judged as a batch unqualified and the supplier will be responsible for handling it. If it meets the standard requirements, it will be judged as a batch qualified and the purchaser will be responsible for handling it.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 There are 500 sheets of flat paper per ream. Each ream of paper is wrapped into small packages with kraft paper with a basis weight of 80g/m and packed in cartons lined with yellow board paper and moisture-proof paper. Each box can hold two reams of paper. The cartons should be tied with polyester tape or paper waists to form a "#" shape. Other packaging methods may also be used after consultation and agreement with the user.
6.2 Each packaging box should be printed with missing characters and marked with obvious signs such as product name and specifications, net weight, production date, batch number and factory name. In addition, the words "Be careful to prevent moisture" and "Do not use hooks" should be marked in large letters. 6.3 Paper should be properly stored to prevent rain, snow, humidity, high temperature, sunlight exposure, acid and alkali gas and chlorine gas, so as not to damage the physical properties and chemical indicators of paper and cause the wax layer of paper to stick. 6.4 When transporting, avoid damaging the paper by hanging it or dropping the packaging box from a high place to damage the paper. 434
