Change the delivery method of the original standard from "delivery after rough processing and rough grinding" to "delivery after rough processing or rough grinding": Add the composition of ZG06Cr16Ni5Mo brand to the chemical composition of the original standard: Add the requirements for ZG06Cr16Ni5Mo material to the mechanical property requirements of the original standard, and uniformly modify the hardness values of the original materials to ≥221HBS:
Remove the mechanical property requirements in Table 2 of the original standard The Axu value is removed, and the notes in the table are also removed: The inspection method of the original standard blade profile is re-specified, and the blade thickness measurement is regulated: The surface quality requirement is changed from "the surface roughness of the casting should meet the requirements of flaw detection" to "the surface roughness of the casting R, ≤50μm, and the surface to be inspected should meet the requirements of flaw detection":
Add the normative appendix "Supplementary requirements for mechanical properties" (see Appendix B): The overall arrangement and structure of the standard are modified according to GB/T1.1-2000 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Writing Rules of Standards".
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are normative appendices. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Deyang Large Castings and Forgings Research Institute. The drafting unit of this standard: China First Heavy Machinery Group Corporation. The main drafters of this standard: Zhao Xilin, Zhang Yacai, Chen Yuming. This standard was first issued in 1994.
