4.3 Physical property test method
4.3 1 Appearance
Visually check that the edges of LTP or HTP-1 filter paper are neat and the paper surface is even and free of impurities. 4.3.2 Diameter determination
Fold the filter paper in half and measure the diameter along the fold line with a vernier caliper. Measure three pieces at random and all should meet the requirements of the quality standard. 4.3.3 Quantitative, thickness and tightness determination

4.3.6-1 Method summary

4.3.6.3 Instrument installation and inspection

4.4 Filtration performance test method
4.4.1 Drilling fluid preparation
Prepare drilling fluid with stable filtration loss range of 5~~100ml indoors or from 4000ml. 4.4.2 Filtration performance determination
4.4.2.11.TP filter paper is tested at room temperature and 0.7℃ using a normal temperature medium pressure filtration loss tester. HTP1 filter paper uses a high temperature and high pressure filtration loss meter to measure the filtration loss of drilling fluid for 30 minutes at 150℃ and 3.5MPa. 4.4.2.2 From a batch of products, randomly select 5 boxes and take two sheets from each box at different locations. Use the same drilling fluid and under exactly the same conditions to measure the filtration loss of drilling fluid 10 times. 4.4.2.3 Calculation

5.1 Inspection rules
5.1.1 Products are delivered in batches, each batch is an inspection unit, and the batch size is in accordance with the contract. 5.1.2 Sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the standards of GB2828 batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables. 5.1.3 The sampling of samples and the treatment of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB450. 5.1.4 The sample shall be divided into two parts, which shall be placed in filter paper boxes with inner plastic bags and labeled. The sampling date, sampler, manufacturer name and factory batch number shall be filled in on the label. One part shall be sent for inspection and the other part shall be kept for three months for arbitration. 5.1.5 Sampling and inspection shall be completed within the period specified in the contract signed by the supplier and the buyer. When the product does not meet the requirements in Table 1, the buyer shall submit a report to the supplier within the period specified in the contract. 5.1.6 When the supplier and the buyer cannot reach a consensus, the sample to be kept shall be sent to the arbitration unit for arbitration test according to the test method of this standard. Both parties shall be bound by the results of the arbitration test. 5.2 Quality Inspection Sheet
5.2.1 Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a product quality inspection sheet. The format of which is shown in Appendix C (Supplement). 5.2.2 When each batch of products is shipped to the purchaser, if there is no product quality inspection form, the purchaser may refuse to accept and refuse to pay. 6. Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
6.1 Packaging
6.1.1 The product packaging should be tight, with a plastic bag as the inner layer and a cardboard box as the outer layer, to prevent the product from being invaded and contaminated by rain, snow, dust, acid, alkali, fluorine, ammonia, etc. during transportation and storage. 6.1.2 Each box of the product contains 100 sheets.
6.2 Marking
6,2.1 The words "Drilling Fluid Filter Paper" should be printed in bold letters on the top of each box of filter paper, the model and specifications should be printed in the middle of the box, and the manufacturer and factory batch number should be printed at the bottom.
6.3 Purchase, storage and transportation
6.3.1. The product should be stored in a dry and clean warehouse to prevent the influence of pollutants in 6.1.1, and it is not allowed to coexist with polluted substances.
6.3.2 Rainproof and clean transportation tools should be used during transportation, and it is not allowed to be transported together with polluting substances. Entrusting unit:
